Every FREE Skylanders Promotion 

That Free Kaos sensei figure I got with my Imaginators starter pack, easily the greatest preorder bonus I’ve ever gotten!

I remember my dad got all the minis for free for Spyros adventure with one phone call, never understood how he pulled it off

The Ninjini Toys R Us Times Square event was definitely an official promotion. I was one of those in line to get one of the 300 free early pre-release figures on Feb 5, 2013. I worked around the corner and popped over around 4pm. Activation gave out white wristbands to the first ones to arrive to ensure everything was orderly. I showed up less than an hour before the release (4:30pm) and was surprised how short the line was. There was definitely nothing different about this figure from the eventual release. Just that you got it earlier than everyone else

Some others not mentioned here: Before the release of Spyro’s Adventure there were the starter trio given out to managers who attended a GameStop Manager’s conference in 2011 (I will be putting out a more in-depth video on these figures soon) The Dark Spyro Single Pack was also available to attendees at Skylanders’ Arena Tour Event. Blue Metallic Chop Chop was also available through a social media giveaway bronze Hot Dog was also available at Gamescom 2013, and an event held by LG to promote the release of Skylanders: Battlegrounds on the LG Smart TVs

I remember winning one of the Quickdraw Rattle Shake figures from a fritolay's bag, and i was super excited because rattle shake was my most favorite skylander of all time :)

Oof, knowing the contests were free would've been great, but I still think my parents back in the day wouldn't have liked me giving my address to someone regardless of if it was a chip company or something else.

Always kinda regretted not getting into Skylanders. Only game I played was Swap Force. And even then, I stuck with the dark edition starter set and didn't buy any other figures.

The only promotion I ever participated in was the Frito-Lay minis for Giants. My sister and I both managed to get them all. Good times! Awesome video!
