Mine too. The only problem is that he doesn't have a back history. I don't like how R* forget about the characters after the game ends. Remember one everybody thought GTA V protagonist would be an older Tommy vercetti?

I honestly don't get why people'd put Franklin or Trevor above Michael. You take Mike out of the plot, and there's basically nothing good left to tell in GTA V; he's the face of that game.

I love all of the protagonists. They actually reflect 3 of the most popular types of players Michael is the experienced robber so that is the same as a experienced GTA gamer Franklin is the new guy so that is the same as a new GTA player. Trevor is Trevor so that is the same as a GTA player acting like Trevor.

Yup. He’s my favorite as well. My ranks as follows - 1. Niko 2. CJ 3. Michael 4. Tommy 5. Trevor 6. Luis 7. Huang 8. Vince 9. Toni 10. Claude 11. Johnny and finally 12. Franklin. I fucking hated Franklin. He’s the single most boring character in the series.

It's a tie between CJ and Niko for me, objectively. Both of them are relatable and sympathetic characters. For me, it's them at the first spot and then screw the 3rd down to the last. Choosing the better man between CJ and Niko relies on the matter of preference already like comparing Whitney and Mariah or MJ and Prince.

I wouldn't say "accurately". He only called Claude that because he didn't talk and found it unnerving. If anything CJ should be thanking Claude for giving him a place to start a business, I guess you could say he indirectly helped CJ to live outside of the hood. not everyone owns luxurious garage's.

My favorite characters in the GTA universe is tommy vercetti, toni ciripi, niko and Claude. I feel Toni is underrated and like the mafia story GTA liberty city stories. I just wish the game had more things to do.

Nico, Tommy, CJ, Claude. Not necessarily in that order, but Nico certainly at the top. They are the games I grew up with but I never completed any of them except for San Andreas. Only got half way through GTA 5 before moving on to GTA Online as soon as it released day one and then never returned to complete the story, Michael would probably be my favourite out of the 3.

I love all the games San Andreas is my favorite just because of how much there is to do. Especially the skills you have to maintain had that rpg feel along with being a gta game. Niko is by far the best character in all the games though just so well done and like you say he is just looking for peace and that’s really all any of us are looking for.

Tommy deserves #1. He's the most likeable and badass of the protagonists. Dude killed the guy he was working for and his guards, stole his crib. Killed his former gangboss and his entire gang along with his ex-best friend/traitor and most importantly took over Vice City. ALL BY HIMSELF!

Wouldn't mind them expanding Las Venturas and surrounding towns, or maybe a new city based in Detroit, a legit violent city. I mean, Rockstar could have released DLC to include the other cities that are in San Andreas instead of just having Los Santos.
