@@star-aether this is under the assumption for every item he actually finds he uses the console to give himself sister maggy, whenever he finds a real item. he's done things this way many times before
Every item is Lucvido technique: you start with lucvido and and each subsequent item will increase the number of tears around main one(like 20/20, inner eye and etc. ), maybe give yourself tear detonator(i think it works) that would totaly not break the game right? 😅
You play as Tainted Forgotten with the blindfold, and all familiars are replaced with an item from the current room's pool. There is a mod that adds the blindfold as an item, but I don't think RU-vid will let me link it here.
Every item is 20/20, but the damage downs also stack. 1st 20/20 = 2 tears, 80% damage each 2nd 20/20 = 3 tears, 64% damage each 3rd 20/20 = 4 tears, 51% damage each etc.
As hellish as this was I think there's a lot of merit to this challenge. It's actually properly difficult in a way that doesn't make it easily beaten on the first go, but may not be impossible with the right strats. At early game it's easy and lets you build resources, as long as you avoid hitting enemies close to you directly. When the splash starts outgrowing your range, it becomes about creating space, shooting past or perpendicular to enemies while kiting them to hit them with less risk for yourself. Use the momentum transfer of walking to let the Tear hit the ground as far away as possible whenever possible. The lategame becomes a test of how many other resources you built up, exploiting any alternative damage source whenever possible to avoid firing a tear, avoiding continuum and banking on door transitions to bail you out on room clear before the doom cloud reaches you. This is the type of challenge to grind out with an attempt counter. If anyone wants to try it at home, tell me how it went.
Every item is one that adds a new tear effect. Nothing that is like brimstone or changes your shots to anything that’s not tears are allowed. And you start with 5.00 luck AND teardrop charm gulped

Simple one: spirit sword and lost contact- you parry projectiles back into enemies and under the right circunstances you can nearly oneshot the horsemen in the beast fight.
Every item is pokego and you start with monster manual. Youre not allowed to shoot and instead have to let your army do the work for you. (Any other items that add enemy's as allies, like the little dips, are also allowed to mix things up)
Isaac but you start with a crooked penny that you can’t switch out and can’t run out of charges every item you come across you must use it every time you find a item
i found a glitch in rebirth where if you get rubber cement ipecac parasite and any flight item then after that you go onto rocks in a cross then shoot you get millions of ipecac tears
You should do an every item is tier 0 items so it can be like a recap from the videos that you did it to tears your items but there will be new items that haven’t got the video yet and then you can do those videos
