Go Doyley! I reckon Kelvin Tatum & Nigel Pearson are brilliant and I love their top of the lungs stuff. They're the best by a country mile. Nothing worse than a dull & boring commentator like the Czech Grand Prix commentator I listened to in the Prague Grand Prix of 18-19 Sep. No change in his tone whatsoever from before/after the race to during the race - unbelievable!! Also could barely hear the bikes unlike the BT Sport coverage when I think you can hear Tatum, Pearson and the bikes all very well.
There's not a single GP rider I dislike, by the time they get to that level they deserve it, it's a sport in which you definitely have to prove yourself repeatedly to get to GP.
@@johnscotchmere1919 True, I think it's because there are so few GP riders but lots of lower series to come up through, and guys like Hancock and Pederson prove that you can still win after 40 and even close to 50, speedway is like no other sport.
I've been watching a lot of old grand prix races on SpeedwayRus lately. What I've noticed is the the commentators are much more relaxed, without all this top of your lungs screaming which I find very distracting from the actual race that's going on. I wish these guys would take a chill pill. Their screaming adds nothing to the racing, in my humble opinion.
