I'm sure nobody really cares but at 2:28 the reason muye's brakes died when the wheel came off is because trucks like that have air powered brakes, and the wheel coming off broke the seal keeping the pressure up high enough to operate them.

This is incorrect. Air brakes work the opposite of hydraulic brakes. On large trucks the brakes have heavy duty springs that naturally want to keep the brakes engaged. Air is used to keep the brakes disengaged (less air pressure = more braking force). In reality, the lose of air pressure would result in the brakes locking up.

@@racer927 I own a semi truck in the US and this is correct There are two chambers on each wheel. One chamber uses air pressure to release the parking brakes, the other uses air pressure to apply the service brakes (the brake pedal). This is why our trucks have two hoses to the trailer. Red is to release the parking brakes. Blue is to apply service brakes.

What you need is multivariate analysis. Collect lots of data like overtakes, hp, width, length, drive type, track width and length etc, and vary all of them. Then analyse it with a proper multivariate model. I'd love to do that.
