I don't understand why Lego hasn't included Starlord's helmet in sets since GOTG 2. He didn't stop wearing it in the movies.

@@mateusantos7567 in GOTG 2, James gunna had intended for it to be permanently removed when it broke in that movie, but when I’m infinity war and endgame the creators ignored that. That’s why he doesn’t have it in GOTG 3

The little ships in the last ship really do split from the main vessel and play a role in the movie! It was really cool to see that be a thing and not just a play feature.

The Little ships on the Bowie are actually in the Movie, I was shocked when I saw it in one of the trailers!

Lego really underrated the Bowie (Pink & Blue one) since in Vol. 3 it is much bigger than both the Benatar and the Milano with much more interior details. Also the Rocket figure could've been included in all of them since he is a key figure in the entire series. All in all, Lego missed out on a lot of distinct details in the Bowie (like you said) the moving tail rings and other things.

My personal favorite is the 2018 Benatar, just due to all the interior space once you add the pod. Also, Star-Lords helmet coves on the nova squad set as well

It may have more space but it didn't have much in the way of detail like the 2021 version just basic plain interior which isn't as good imo and the 2021 Benatar in the vid has a mistake with those parts either side just above the canopy piece it's meant to have studs sticking out in those spots

Of all this ships I am only missing two of them, that being the Bowie and the 2014 Milano which is my favorite ship of the guardians and the 2018 one doesn’t makes justice in comparison to the first one we had.

I actually reeeeally like the Bowie, especially how it looks next to my Benatar. I thought the design for it was incredibly neat, but I wish the big rings could fold up and move like they do in the movie. I like how the side ships pop out just like the film, but would've liked to see the center pod pop out as well

I think they’re gonna make a second version of the vol 3 ship because think about it they made 2 models of the each ship plus if you look at the trailer for the new guardians of the Galaxy that ship looks like it has more features so they’re definitely gonna make a second version of it

With considering how small the GOTG2 Milano was the fact it could fit everyone in it was cool. I did want the Infinity war Milano and the Escape Pod but i'm so glad i couldn't get/passed on it and low and behold the Benatar/Guardians Ship releases apart of the Infinity Saga sub theme and its GORGEOUS and so, so BIG making a striking sleek display piece might as well be considered a UCS style set. The Benatar is greatly detailed with spot on shaping, greebling and curvature and the 1901 piece count is put to good use. The Bowie looks cool but need to watch the film and i like the added play feature of the removeable ships and the minifgure selection but Drax being green isnt MCU accurate comic wise its fine and i'm annoyed i'd have to get Rocket and Groot separately.

My favorite set as a whole is the 2018 Benatar one, the fact they included Thanos made it a must buy for me and I love the build, specially when you combine it with the other Thor's set ship, the best one tho I would say is the 2021 Benatar one as so much detail came into it, my favorite ship from the movies is the new one, specially after seeing it on the theater with even those little spaceships that did appeared in the movie but the set feels a bit lacking, I would love for them to make a set based on that ship but with the scale of the 2021 one

Infinity Saga for sure, still have that beautiful model up on my shelf to this day *9.5/10* set, just wish it had better mini figs, but to be fair mini figs haven't really been good in most sets for a long time now.

Set 76019-1 Starblaster Showdown, came with Star Lord's Helmet/Mask, and wasn't a Milano, it was a Nova Starship w/ Ronin Henchmen Fighter ship(which was the same enemy ship that came with the 2nd Milano set funny enough)! ...not that it's the same Star Lord, but the Marvel CMF Series 1 (based on the "What-If" Series) came with the T'challa Star Lord variant (Helmet came with black hair and purple eyes, but otherwise the same helmet!)

Lol the new guardians ship is called "The Bowie" after David Bowie, and yes it does actually split into two small fighters, so it is accurate

The size of The Bowie really isn’t well shown in a lot of the videos I’ve seen. I think it’s cause of the stand but it always looked kinda small. I just built it and I was happily surprised how big it was

The 2021 Benetar is the only one that I have and everything about it great. I just wish instead of Thor, it was Gamora, and instead of a chitari, it was Drax.

What I did was I took the 2018 ship with the pod, removed the gauntlet stand included and instead added a punch of items from the advent calender like Rockets tool box and I even installed the stereo and speakers to it. It has made it far for engaging to look at and pose around

5:08 As this piece, yes this is the last time we got this specific version of the Star-Lord helmet piece, but we have seen the helmet come back in different way. Technically we did get a Star-Lord helmet in the Marvel CMF series for T'Challa in 2021 and there is a printed version of Star-Lords helmet we got on a Mighty Micro in 2018. We also just got the bust for the Star-Lord helmet this year and you also see his helmet in 2018 on his BrickHeadz. The keychain from 2014 came out before this. It's kinda cool how we've seen Star-Lord's helmet come back in different ways and even with a different character.

As much as I like the new Bowie ship, I think the set doesn’t capture the ship enough especially with the proportions and ring build. I’m honestly that they do another set in the same vein as the second Benatar set.

Big Benatar, like 20th Slave 1 should be the standard honestly. Properly sized, properly detailed instead of being overly shrunk down.

To be honest the 2021 infinity war one is probably one of the best Lego sets ever, I have it and honestly it’s size and detail for the price, £90 when I got it is amazing and it’s really rare that Lego throw something like that out for a reasonable price, it’s a really well designed considering the new one is the same price I paid it really isn’t a patch on the 2021 don’t get me wrong I want it I think it’ll complement the other one nicely

My favorite one is the 2018 set. Perfect for playability, storage and display. 2021 is perfect for collectors. 2014 is perfect for playability and accurateness. I don't like the new one. If i'll display one set, I'll get the minifgures from the 2023 set and put it in the benatar 2021 set.

Actually you're incorrect about Star Lord's helmet in the beginning. A figure with the helmet came in 2014's 76019 Starblaster Showdown, which is how I got it!
