In today's video we're going to take a trip back in time to 2010 with LEGO Hero Factory! How many do you own? Which ones are your favorites? Let me know in the comments below! #Lego #HeroFactory
yea lol i look on amazon and lol its not evan lego its just a bunch of off brand stuff... and the real sets are like 200 or 100 just expensive lol. is wish it was cheaper lol
As a die-hard Bionicle fan, I feel like HF fell under Bionicle's shadow for a long while. That said, I agree with you, it was underappreciated. Right up until they threw all creativity out the window with the monsters v. mechs thing, that is. Breakout and Brain Attack were awesome, it's just a shame we never found out who stole the plans to the Hero Factory and created the brains.
Oh my, the nostalgia. This was genuinely my childhood. I still remember my fourth Christmas and getting the hero factory figures. Thanks for making this video.
LEGO Hero Factory (2010-2014) Storylines Wave 1: Rise of the Rookies (2010) ●A former Hero Von Ness under name Von Nebula gathers a team of villains to have revenge on Stormer. Wave 2: Ordeal of Fire (2011) ●Fire Lord & his gand take over a fuel station because they addicted to fuel (I.e. Robot equivalent to drugs). Wave 3: Savage Planet (2011) ●Aldous Witch, a former employee of the factory crash landed on planet Quatros then he became the Witch Doctor extracting the Quaza from the planet's core which would destroy the planet. Wave 4: Breakout (2012) ●Black Phantom orchestrated a prison break for the Hero Factory villains. While the villains are off recapturing the villains he takes over the factory not being noticed. Wave 5: Brain Attack (2013) ●A scientist builds a factory that created Brain creatures. He sent the Brains to the planet where Makuhero City is to latch onto peaceful creatures of the planet to invade the factory. Wave 6: Invasion from Below (2014) ●A drill mined into a hive of large creatures known as "Beasts" leading to a misunderstanding where the Beasts invade to protect their territory. I memorised the HF story from beginning to end (because it had a tv series) & as a kid (& now) I struggle to understand the story of Bionicle. I love Hero Factory. I wish it continued & got the Villain Factory that was teasted in Breakout.
@@joseguerrero4959 They aren't movies but 11 episodes lasting 25 minutes each. Hero Factory isn't a movie but a TV Series that was edited a few times into movies to get people's money for DVDs.
@@joseguerrero4959 1. Rise of the Rookies = 4 Episodes (They even got their own titles Ep.1: "Trials of Furno", Ep.2: "Core Crisis", Ep.3: "The Hidden Enemy" & Ep.4 "Von Nebula" but every other had only Parts 1 & 2 not with unique titles.) 2. Ordeal of Fire = 1 Episode 3. Savage Planet = 2 Episodes (But it is difficult to find them separated into 2 parts. Seemingly only distributed on physical media as a movie edit.) 4: Breakout = 2 Episodes 5: Brain Attack = 1 Episode (First released online but later on TV & physical media) 6: Invasion from Below = 1 Episode (Only released online. Never on TV or physical media)
I thought that the brain attack scientist was black phantom, and that somehow he had survived, but later I saw that the pieces of the "horns" were different
@@ToaNaterFilms yah same hero factory had a amazing TV series The sets were easier to make and Had create your own hero And all of that is what bionicle didn't have which is a shame
Do you remember the Hero Factory game ? This was one of the bosses and I never won against him. He gives me this ultra nostalgic moment because I always wanted to finally beat him
Kind of depressing you see bionicle go out for a couple of year then hero factory is discontinued and the bionicle come and last for a years before being discontinued
@@Keneral_Genobi Some of the figures had ugly and non-accurate masks, but I liked Furno, Stormer, and Breeze. The rest didn’t look nowhere near as accurate...
My childhood, looking back it would have been so much better if they continued this theme instead of failing to properly resurrect Bionicle, which could have been avoided if LEGO continued Hero Factory with the buildable figures concept instead of M E C H S.
I believe it brought some really good memories, but for most, the part that we were too young to actually save it in one piece is what makes us regret our actions back in the day, or at least question them... Its a shame that Lego does not continue anything like that.
Man, these sets are a lot better than I remembered. Honestly, I think that physically Hero Factory was a worthy successor to Bionicle, but the writing/lore was far to safe for me to ever get into them like I did with their predecessor.
I remembered when I had received Jet Rocka as my Christmas present way back in 2015. He’s still my favorite character to this day. I still probably have all of the Hero Factory Sets, somewhere stored in some boxes…
It was so beautiful, I remembered the good old time, it is the hardest nostalgia ever. Not even Assassin's Creed games and books could give so hard nostalgia
Being someone who grew up with the early waves of Bionicles, I never really appreciated Hero Factory as much as I should have , because these sets are gorgeous and very nice evolutions of the Bionicles I loved. to me it's so sad that both no longer exist, I miss this type of Lego action figures and wish my kiddo could get to experience them the way I did
Maaan I'm a huge bionicle fan but that series was hit me like the bionicle I remember. I got the set at 6:40 and I still have it on my desk. Missed the old times.
I have so much memories in that figures… I remember good times and bad times but I rather keep the good memories in mind. It was such a nice time. My dad always bought me and my big brother Hero factory figures every week like 7yrs ago and we always did roleplay with them. Would be nice if they bring it back or newer versions of them
This was my childhood. I was obsessed with this guys since 2012. I collected all the Breakout, Brain Attack and Secret invasions toys when I was a kid. Wished I collected the figs back in 2010 if I was into them back then. It's shame now that are now no more, but you never know, someone might bring them back
Im so happy and really proud to say and to know that I grew up with these… appreciating my mami and dad who bought me these whenever either of them could to make me happy… I just cant believe how long ago this feels, how the world has changed since then, for worse, luckily these memories will always be with me, thank you for making this video, every single set that I remember I owned brought me a little piece of a fading memory back… Thank you so much
Collected through g1 of bionicle. I was so mad and sad that my favorite lego theme, heck my favorite toy was discontinued. For that reason my butthurtedness prevented me from getting into HF. Got some figures to experience CCBS and now i am glad for the variety and longevity it provided. In hindsight HF was pretty okay
Me and my brother had so many hero factory. He collected the good guys and I collected the bad guys and we just used to fight each other with these toys and make our own. We both had many from the brain attack series. He had the big red warrior and I had the electric dragon. These are the kind of toys I absolutely love and I wish I can have every set that was ever made because of watching this video. This nostalgia trip hit me real hard.
Man i had so many of these, i remember going to an lego shop asking my dad everytime to buy one for me, it was around 8-9 dolars i think i still have some left to this day its been like 8 years ago
I remenber my childhood when I played with the First and the First „upgraded“ Heroes whilst watching the Series and now ich remenber all these things and just want to have these episodes back
I'm almost tempted to collect the 2010 Hero Factory sets. They appeal to me as a Bionicle fan and imo feel the most like a spiritual successor. I like CCBS and have recently got a Furno XL, but overall i like the old system better. All together, I wish i gave HF a shot back in the day. A bunch of the sets look like good builds.
I remember not liking these at all, but now I just want constaction back in general. those 2010 sets, mostly the villains and vehicles, r brilliant and wouldn’t look out of place w/ the 2008 phantoka and mystika stuff
