I dont mean to correct you but Ultron was actually portrayed pretty terribly in the second Avengers. His personality, well the fact that he had really a personality at all, was very very off. He came off as a pissy teenager angry at his dad (Tony) rather than the unfeeling logical genius and conqueror that he actually is.
