We're in Guadeloupe in this video and we decide to do our AIDA 2 freediving course to learn all the fundamentals of freediving and feel more confident diving on our own. We meet Tom who's a freediving instructor on a boat we're anchored up next to who runs the course for us. We sail to Deshaies for a final night with my brother and then Lars rolls straight into his AIDA 3 certification. We then have a final night with our new friends with a little music jam session!
