I DESPERATELY want another Wario Land game, and even more, I want the return of Captain Syrup (if she's not in the new Wario Land game, I don't want it) She's one of my favorite characters, I really want her to pull a Pauline and make a comeback in the Mario series and become a playable character in all the spinoffs Also Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is SO FUN and they NEED to make a new one
Good list, but Odyssey objectively has WAY more content, classic lore, & challenge. Wario Land Shake It seems similar to the epic Wario Land 4. Also, Craft Yoshi means you need Paper Mario too!
I actually like Yoshi's Crafted World but it is indeed not as good as Yoshi's Woolly World. I don't think they should make normal yoshi games anymore, the creativity of the Crafted games has many more possibilities. How about a Claymation game. woolly world already copied kirby's epic yarn so they can also do that with kirby and the rainbow curse's art style and it will be adorable. Side note: I also hope that the next Yoshi game brings something new to the table because after Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Return to Dreamland Deluxe, it is very difficult for Yoshi to make games without being overshadowed by Kirby and Nintendo, another cute platformer. Side note side note: I don't want Kirby to fail either, I think Kirby games are better than Yoshi games but I don't want them to overshadow each other

Honestly, I don't mind Barrel Blast. Sure the controls are weird, but I love the fact that you not only race as the Kongs, but the Kremlings too! Plus there's a few challenges that you can play and while they can be difficult to understand, I still find this game enjoyable.
I honestly feel like Yoshi's wooly world is like one of only great games that were in the entirety of the Wii U console. I would also love to see it come to the switch as well.
13:30 I'm in full agreement on this. I'm so happy Yoshi's New Island was picked as Yoshi's worst game. I remember getting it on my 2DS back when it was actually knew and even back then I was so disappointed because all they added were the giant eggs and they took away a ton of things from the original game from the SNES.
I remember when Crafted World came out, the soundtrack was the one thing they didn’t like about it, though still better than New Island. I remember watching Arlos review of that game saying that he enjoyed it more than expected. I personally like the visuals. The diorama aesthetic reminds me of projects from elementary school, which gave me lots of nostalgia. Also, I guess my taste in video games were still underdeveloped at the time, but the music did always make me feel drowsy, which is why I’d play it before bed. At least they weren’t annoying like in New Island which I’m glad I never owned since I never owned a 3ds.
I cracked up when you talked about Luigi's Mansion 2 HD. I admit Luigi's Mansion 2 on Switch was a lazy port, but the way you talked about it just made me laugh!
19:45 to be honest I was actually really curious about game & wario when I played it at various stores that allow me to play the demo of it because of 9 volts thing where I actually have to try to play as much of the game as possible but then hide when the mom takes a peek to make sure it looks like I'm trying to sleep. But I also have to make sure not to get too tired and fall asleep. I thought that was really interesting and fun and well apparently so did Zachariah and others since that made it as a super smash Bros ultimate stage
20:39 damn I should have tried to finish Eario Land Shake It. I recorded a playthrough of that game and upload it to my channel in 2008 but I never finished the game. I do believe it should not have cost $50 though. My favorite wario Land game is actually wario Land 3 on the Gameboy Color and I'm happy that was added to the game boy online for switch immediately
the intro music for new yoshi island comes straight out of zelda in my ears. its kind of fire. but it fits something nerve-wracking. not something happy which is what yoshi is all about
There is Bowser’s Inside Story at least. And if you want a competitor for the worst Bowser game maybe you can argue for his highlight role in Mario Party 10. He’s not the main character there but he’s a prominent one 🤷♂️
Luigi's Mansion 2 DS had the best multiplayer mode out of all 3 games...they had a chance to improve it even more by making the ScareScraper available on single-console multiplayer for the switch and they just didn't. Super disappointing
I am acc quite a fan of Barrel Blast. I thought it was a unique Racing game that u had to move a little and not sit still all the time. Yea the graffic is bad and u get tired after 10 min, But still… Oh and it had Tiny and Dixie Kong so that’s a plus
Luigi's Mansion are all fun and good games, but none of them should be $60. They are all too short to really feel like they are worth the price. Yoshi's Crafted World isn't all that terrible, but it definitely feels like it was made for young kids. I played through it with my daughter and we enjoyed it but like, it might have been the least challenging game ive ever played (and not in a good way)
I mean, first and foremost- Diddy is Donkey’s brother!? Where did you get this information, because I think it was a scam job or something. Second, to be critical- my goodness, that Yoshi’s New Island segment. Barely anything about what’s wrong with the gameplay, if anything. If little is wrong with the gameplay and its mostly presentation, you could have better conveyed that. Second, and most importantly, you hype up how bad the music is for a minute. And like… yeah, it’s bad, but like… you either scripted that portion poorly, or need to do another take to just get to the point. And third, and kinda off the second point- what rock are you living under where people aren’t talking much about the price tag and graphic design of Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD? And is there a vacancy? Because ALL I have heard is people complaining about that. And in my opinion, the worst game should be judged on the gameplay moreso than being a cheap cash grab. Besides, given what I saw of Mansion 1 on 3DS, I’d say that one looks way worse.
I really don't get why people think 2HD is worse than the 2, just because of the price. I mean the graphics are better, with redone models and textures, and it actually has dual-stick controls.
I’d argue Luigi’s Mansion 1 on 3DS is worse than Luigi’s Mansion 2 on Switch because while yeah, the Switch version is just an HD texture upgrade, at least it doesn’t constantly drop in frames like Luigi’s Mansion 1 on 3DS.
