@@baboon_tekesvortex6465 I thought MXGP3 was garbage. Sad cause I like motocross more than supercross but that game was meh. Grinding skills and shit, it got annoying.
@@KidaMilo89 I thought MXGP3 was FANTASTIC. My favorite one of the MXGP franchise thus far. I didn't play to grind or anything, I just played to race with the different teams and bikes. Grinding usually came afterwards because I had already racked up so many credits from just spending hours on the game for the fun of it.
all MXGP games i love. I saw Supercross, Saw East Rutherford, NJ, Saw u can get state flags, saw myself entering my credit card into for Supercross 3, and yes, im New Jersian
MUD, MXGP 2, MXGP PRO, MXGP, MXGP 3, and Supercross All I want is an MXGP with the controls like Supercross, the Whips like MXGP3, the Graphics like MXGP PRO, and the content like Supercross (Track Editor)
@@dkosthorst I was hopeing it for sx2 when they said they had improved whips but again the same.... now i only hope they made better terein deformation in my opinion this is two biggest problems of their games and ai could be faster
I really enjoyed MXGP Pro. The best customization yet and by far the toughest game where I don't lap the entire field twice in a race. I didn't experience the inconsistencies you mentioned. The gameplay is very different then MXGP 3 and took me awhile to learn how the physics differ but I found my time spent on that game the most rewarding.
That's really interesting. I didn't dislike MXGP Pro, but I definitely enjoyed MXGP3 a lot more. In fact, 3 is my favorite MX/SX Milestone game (I haven't played all of them though). I did run in to some of the issues in Pro that wind mentioned, but for the most part I just think it's a mediocre game. For MXGP the grind can get kind of annoying after a while, but the gameplay is just so ridiculously fun. Every time I hop on that game I have to purposely stop myself after like the third hour otherwise I'd just waste my day playing it.
I have to disagree on your opinion on MXGP Pro. In the beginning, I also thought its very inconsistent. But the more I played the more I realized where I was going wrong. On the 250s, its a lot easier but with the more powerful bikes like the 450 and 2-strokes you really have to be careful with your throttle and the way you turn into corners. Spurting your throttle in corners will kill you. Nonetheless, I know a lot of people dislike it for these and probably other/more reasons and that's respected, to each his own. I have to admit though, MXGP Pro is my first MX game in a LONG time. Like I'm talking about Motocross Madness 2 long ago. xD But I like the look of MXGP Pro due to the more realistic grounded physics and graphics and looks. I get that the whips/scrubs aren't that open feeling, I mean, even someone that only learned what a "scrub" is due to this game, it does feel like its a bit on rails. BUT, I am enjoying it and thats the selling point to me. Your opinion respected. :)
Thanks for the thoughts on the game man! Yeah, I know some people that really do love it. I know some people that absolutely shred in the game. Glad to see you join back into the moto games.
You're spot on about pro, I just picked it up and idk how I'm feeling about it yet, three is definitely my favorite I'm gonna have to pick it up again, never played the supercross games but I just ordered the third one so I'm hoping I like it
MUD (obvious reasons) Mxgp 1(lacked a lot of what we expect now in milestone games especially in terms of customization but was still quite a challenging and fun game) Mxgp 3 (best track deformation of them all excluding pro, great customization, ability to ride for pro teams, introduced the weather system, had the easiest ai of all the games depending on the track you were on) Mxgp 2( first game to introduce riding for pro teams, greatly expanded customization from 1, best bike models of the series in my opinion they felt heavy and you had to know how to maneuver them, most dlc content and launch day content before supercross) Mxgp pro (i know a lot of people say it regressed in some areas but i respectfully disagree. The in air was way more lose and dynamic, you could reposition yourself correctly before landing everytime for people who say you crash every 5 seconds. Relied solely on your skill and your setup, i can't tell you how many days it took to find the right gearing, suspension and braking for each individual bike not to mention figuring out what works for each track. The hardest ai to date, people say milestone don't listen but they turned the ai up to 11 in this game like people supposedly wanted. Had the best bike sound quality i think of any moto game ever, especially the 2 strokes, whoever did their sound design that guy deserves a gold medal) Supercross (oh man, i could play this game til the end of time and never get bored. Customization is the best and most expanded besides maybe pro, the game just looks beautiful, the bike models i would say are my second favorite besides mxgp2. Endless amounts of user generated content from the track creator even though it lacked some basic features. Best scrub/whip animation they've produced, i wish they would just stick with it and expand upon it in some way but it just looks so nice when you scrub perfectly in this game. Better than reflex
For me it's defiantly MUD, MXGP 1, MXGP 2, (Could be switched with 1) MXGP Pro, MXGP 3, Supercross. MXGP Pro and 3 could be swapped in my opinion. Just MXGP 2 is really bad in my opinion, sure the bikes felt heavy but it just wasn't fun, great looking bikes though, but tracks looked like complete shit in some of them. I really liked the air physics with Pro, and 3 was just pretty good, loved supercross just all together great game for the tracks
Was most of the inconsistency of Pro fixed with patches? I bought it with the recent psn sale and have no issues with crashing as long as I land straight. I agree the whips and scrubs are tough to pull off though, but as long as I get the bike back around straight and don't jump into a hill (case), I do fine.
I really want to buy a Supercross game, but which one should I pick. Almost everyone says different games are the best. Some say the first, some the second, etc.
I don't have a lot of stuff to complain about MXGP Pro -> #5 lol. You really went subjective here, I know you did not enjoyed it a lot, but this one was more sim than the others... It's like saying DiRT Rally 2.0 is worse than DiRT 4 because you crash a lot more.
I completely agree with Pro's inconsistency on the pro physics setting. I feel putting it to standard or semi-pro takes away some of that inconsistency and makes it much more fun imo
windham and everyone else. I'm a ROOKIE (beginner) trying motocross. Since there are so many to choose from could the consensus *everyone) tell me what one do you recommend for begineers? I have a ps4
MXGP 3 is a very solid game to start with. Outdoor tracks are easier to ride around if you havent played moto games very much. Supercross The Game 1 is also very good, but maybe will be tougher if you are just getting into these games.
The age old question to justify being able to play moto games. I do ride still and have 2 bikes, crf 250 and a yz 144 with the athena cylinder. Been riding and racing for over 20 years and playing these games since Excitebike. I have real life riding videos and motovlogs on the channel.....
Wanted to buy a Milestone mx game for ages, however I'm a MX vs ATV fanboy through and through since my PS2 days, so I just didn't know what to choose. I'm really glad I watched your video, your ranking of the MX vs ATV games was nearly exactly the same as mine. And I too put Reflex at the top. Because of this, I went straight to buy MX Supercross on steam, and thank go I made that discussion, because it's currently 70% off xD.
Yesterday i had the choice between MXGP PRO and MXGP2019 i bought MXGP2019 and now that you said MXGP Pro isn't the best im so Glad that i picked MXGP2019 XDXDXDXD
mxgp 4(pro) its called 4 in game files lul. was a great game on first play through but after going back to 3 the little bugs in 3 like wheel and put the front end down and you front flip did not seem bad as ruts worked mxgp4 dose not really have ruts that do anything but looks and you have lot less traction then you should. i got a ktm 200sx and even with a 12year old tire there is more traction with that bike then the ones in any of there games tbh. every race you should have a brand new set of tires and dont see why you need a load screen when its the same map. there is no reason to rest the map. between heats you dont see them redo the track so its perfect the maybe touch a few coners or jumps that are bad but most of the time they dont do much track matanice.
I liked that in mxgp 1 you could ride in the pits and look around in it. The closest game that almost is like that is mxgp pro but still couldn’t ride into the pits
Out of all the games what would you say is the best in your opinion? I have all but the two newest ones and I still feel like supercross 1 is the best.
When I was playing mxgp 3, I was doing career mode and was in first place by like 5 seconds and everytime i completed a lap I saw a mpc just glitched on the side and then I finished the race I got second and I was apparently behind the glitches mpc by like 2 minutes
Exactly mud was pure arcade I enjoyed it. Realism doesn't mean instantly the best. Reflex in my opinion had the best of both worlds and most fun. The steep learning curve in reflex I almost missed the best racing games ever. When I first got it I played for 2 hours and thought this sucks. I did this about 3 times then the 4th or 5th time it just clicked. Was the first I played utilising the twin sticks that threw me off but when it clicked was heaven. Could make best looking whips too.
I will keep playing MXGP2 until they get rid of this fake ass sense of speed they introduced in their later games, and of course when they make the physics more real or give us the option to mod the games. I've modded MXGP2 physics (same way you mod Ride 2 and MotoGP 17) and it's MUCH MUCH better than any of the unreal garbage they're making now.
ok list homie, but i had mx 2 & 3 1 day, bk to gamestop, 3 worst as um ok if bk tire is NOT shooting gravel or mud everywhere (boring) ORIGINAL mxgp has more gravel & mud flying than any game to date. go bk & look. why race in MUD but no mud flying off bk tire man
Never played MUD, but MXGP Pro definitely deserved last. Poorly marketed and delivered, not to mention the worst gameplay in the MXGP series. The original MXGP had the best air, ground, and whip physics out of all games from Milestone. MXGP 2 physics were a step in the wrong direction for me, but most everything else was better.
This is just me but I always hated the mxgp games and also the supercross games. Even though the graphics are good I just hate the stiffness so much. The weird feeling it gives you is just odd. When you jump you can’t really control the bike how you would like. Always I will stick to mx v atv
Only use mxgp pro for the compound using the yz250 haha supercross 1 was the best like doing triples and quads even whipping felt so fun and enjojable also mxgp 2019 its fine.
I really tried to like MX vs ATV All Out. It's fucking garbage. The physics are utter shit for being a game released in 2018. It's sad to see a great series turn to shit. But at least I have the Supercross and MXGP games from Milestone. At least they are shooting for realism. I understand MXvsATV isn't supposed to be realistic but come on. The physics are a joke.
can anyone help me?please.i downloaded mxgp 1,i installed all programs,i chaned too and reinstall programs and i tried everything to start this game but it never starts. always error (00x000007) and so on.cna anyone help me?i kwno this need retributions and programs liek that but i tryed everyithhing and watched every video regarding this errorr, but nothing happened.anyone can hel;p?
My opinion suppercross when you ride you feel little bit realistic compare to MX , But MX is fun if you don't care much about realistic physic and just want do cool stunt and easy handle. Both have a unique ways to present the game. Both are Great games to me.
All of your judgment sucks or are too young. Best MX game hands down was MX Unleashed. In 04 If I wasn't riding or racing my brother and I were playing that game. But it wasn't a milestone game
Pro is probably the most disappointing to me. They had advertising for free whips and calling it a borderline sim. I really wanted to like it but its just crap. Went back to sim and supercross.
What i would like, is that milestone put some random tracks in, for practice between the GP's. I would also like to see Supercross and MXGP combined and if they gonna throw away those awful airmovement... it wil be great.
The only thing MUD has thats badass is deformation of the terrain. Even newer games dont do that. The Tessalation tech came out around 2014 and any racing game should have ground deformation.
Maybe someone can help me. I used to play a dirt bike racing game with a career mode that had a story line on ps2. That’s all I remember about it does anyone know what I may be talking about?
Unpopular opinion but mud might have been a terrible game but that didn’t stop it from being extremely fun, if you look at it like a complete arcade game then you will have an awesome time
the main thing i hated about mxgp was the content. Milestone did absolutely nothing after launch beside fix tiny bugs that no one could even tell when they patched it.
