Here is my Subaru Forester budget build walkthrough. I set this up for quick overland trips to have the ability to sleep in the rooftop tent or the bed-build conversion. The build allows for a kitchen area in the SUV hatch as well as a sleeping platform install. I also did make a few upgrades towards offroading although I would not dare to say this is an offroading vehicle at this point!
