I'm very sorry for you 😢. May God help you up and show you that there is a way out. Not only once I was in situations where I felt like I could never be happy again and everything felt like covered by endless darkness. For example even sunlight and singing birds felt distressing and haunting. In this times I thought that there can't be a way back because all is just too much off and I'm just too hurt to ever be well again. But every time after a while I fully recovered. Because I am not alone nor am I ever helpless because I know Jesus. He can lift you out of the darkest places. He did it for me but it needs time to unfold and actually most of the time I did not realize it while it happened. You will get through this and God will bring you up again. There is one thing I did in painful times in my marriage that had a direct effect on things that could also help you even if your situation is different. I constantly prayed 'help me do it in love, help me do it in love...' It just made it easier for me to handle a lot of things. Maybe you can try this out. But I know this is not easy...
