@Noobius_the_lord_of_cinder actually it only hits 7 times not infinitely till they dead, I tested it on a dripped dummy and they lived after only 7 hit.
One thing you didn't mention: the original Real Knife also got a buff/rework with increasing damage and a weaker erase ability. Chara's Knife also has no cap to how powerful DT slash can get.

FYI the erase attack on chara's knife actually does near-infinite amounts of damage, i tested it with my friend who had like 1 trillion hp and i still oneshotted him with erase

The ultra insticnt zaihop is acutally better comapred to the normal version as it is a upgrade, here the list Four hit combo: has almost no cooldown Spiral: Nothing Changes Bullet hell: Cooldown decreases with kills Hamma: Instant regardless of health (unless it a boss/lgn) and it cooldown decreases with time, the longer you live, the shorter the cooldown gets Homerub: nothing changes

The holy mantle item actually recharges overtime as well, meaning that you can have multiple free hits in each life. Apparently using the cough ability and then the bite ability deals the 275 damage no matter the health the enemy is at, but I'm not sure.
Zaihop ultra instinct has two unique features that being bullets deal more damage as they are error bullets and hamu hamu no mi literally one shots everything except bosses and also only deals 250 damage at them(btw the stun dummy gets one shotted too)
the nichrin sword was added in the april fools update also theres some things you missed da capo got buffed and has a trumpet on movement 2 star platinum, the world, lillynette and some other items got new ultra instinct synergies zaihop on ultra instinct one shots all non boss (and maybe non jgn) characters with the hammer the world changes the look of apc and apc launcher to road rollers tsar bomb is fixed the plonk smile (you need the plonk shirt, pants or the hat on your avatar) which changes the music and scream sound some new maps and lobbies were added TC (Tower Capture) now having classes rather then having everything rng Nerf to hale (now uses crit hit on miss and has reduced cooldown if hits) and a buff to red mist (less damage for ego and less cooldown time) and the new elemination mode (which is battle royale)
The casino map was also temporarily removed not long after update launch because IA was rated 13+ for… obvious reasons around the casino map. It’s back now, just the fact you can’t do anything on the map other than fight.
another really cool thing they did is the world and star platinum have ultra instinct forms, and using apc with the world’s one turns the apc into a road roller (a funky reference from jba)
I think everyone forgets to mention that holy mantle's shield recharges when you deal damage, I saw someone tank the entire Combat King fight with holy mantle
i dont know if anyone said this yet but i think copper wire wrapped rock explodes when the enemy is holding a _metal_ item, i think it can be reflected by franklin badge too
and bro forgot how powerful the ultra instinct synergy is with zaihop. WITH THE BAN HAMMER IT INSTAKILLS SOMEONE EVEN WITH A MILLION HEALTH (the damage is -nan)

actually to become a mutant, you dont really need to use joy 3 times i found out that being 10 hp and using joy still transforms you but idk if its a bug
painted sword is so forgettable no one even mentioned it painted sword got a new ability where you can charge, it deals 75 if you hit an enemy and the charge lasts really long

The fusion of zaihop’s hammer attack + ultra instinct makes it do inf damage, I made myself have -100x attack (negative if u didn’t see it) and it still did inf damage (shown as nan)
