I loved the Green Book and Parasite. There were of course other great films on that list but those ones were amazing

Music was terrible.

The forgettable film Crash winning in 2006 was a total travesty. Ang Lee's Brokeback Mountain would have won except for the LGBTQ+ content at at time when a lot of old and traditional Academy voters were still with us. This year, however, they got it right. Oppenheimer was a stunner.

The most underrated film in history is "Cabaret". The movie got 8 oscars but not the most important. It's a shame...

1994 really was the worst year to make a movie if you wanted awards. Forrest Gump and Pulp Fiction just snatched all of them, and then if you thought you had any chance left shawshank and the lion king just scooped up the rests.
