Ah yes. The season with the worst blue team ever. Oh and the one with the winner who couldn’t get the restaurant due to a failed drug test.

Every time he asks them. Why should you stay in hells kitchen? The chefs have like a dramatic anime level speech prepared

Jon's elimination has to be the most bad ass one ever. Chef Ramsey basically saying "Ive got a job for you, its just not this one" haha.

I'm so glad Jon got the credit he deserved and was given a job by Christina in one of Gordon's restaurants anyway

When Chef tells you to keep the black jacket, thats a HUGE compliment

Anthony turning to Jon and telling him to win after Jon said he was the weakest and after being eliminated, is the kind of attitude that I love to see on this show

I’m sorry... did I just hear correctly??, Nedra just blamed the f’ing spatula for her not being able to flip pancakes? Are you serious? Wtf?

Three things: 1. Jeremy's elimination really proves no one is ever safe. 2. Michael and Anthony's eliminations were complete bullshit. 3. Zac made it a lot further than he should have.

Despite everything Jon had to go through, it's amazing how his attitude didnt turn sour at all throughout the season. That's a man of integrity and commitment and anyone can respect that. Jon will always go down as one of the most honourable third placers in Hells Kitchen history :)

Jon is definitely the true winner. According to his linkedln, he was hired to be the sous chef in GR Steak along with Christina after one year of leaving Hell's Kitchen. Then now he is the executive chef in GR North America.

Zach should've been eliminated over Anthony. Zach has been on thin ice numerous times. Worst thing he's done is that he held up the Wellingtons forcing Ramsay to get the Wellingtons from the red kitchen

I feel bad for Jon his back must hurt so hard after carrying his team the enitre season and then he didnt make it to the finals :( I was sure hes gonna be the first with a final spot

Poor Jon. He was the only one who hadn’t been up for elimination once, he carried his almost entirely crappy team, he’s humble, he’s honest, and he can cook. I feel so bad that he lost, but against two phenomenal other chefs, I understand Gordon’s decision. Well done, Jon

Jon literally went through Hells Kitchen in the worst way and still kept a good attitude. What a great guy. Deserves the world and more.

Was anyone else annoyed as all hell by Nedra? My God, she absolutely pissed me off.

The fact Zach stayed on for as long as he did while others got kicked off for lesser offenses really damaged the integrity of the show for me.

The fact when Anthony was put up by Jon, and was still wanting jon to win after he got eliminated, that shows that Anthony had no beef with him which is respectable.

This is what happened to all the H.K Season 11 Chefs Amanda- Is a culinary instructor Anthony- Is an executive chef and a private chef Barret- Got his own catering company and is now an executive chef Christian- Is still a line cook Cyndi- Is General Manager at a restaurant in Boston Dan- Works at a Bistro with Ashley from Season 15 Danielle- Is Executive Chef at Fernbank National History Museum Gina- Owns and works at her own restaurant in Delaware Ja’ Nel- After H.K she failed a drug test (rumor has it cocaine) and couldn’t be the head chef but got the prize money any way and became an executive chef at a stake house and is an executive chef at Sonoma Wine and Bar Restaurant Jacqueline- Is Head Chef at the Bedens Brook Club Jeremy- Works at a restaurant and works for a charity Jessica- Had her own restaurant until it closed down in 2017 and now is an executive chef Jon- Worked for Gordon Ramsey at his Steak House with Hell’s Kitchen Season 10 Winner Christina and now is an executive chef for Gordon Ramsey Mary- Is Still a Butcher to this day Michael- Became executive chef at three different places Nedra- Has her own personal chef business Raymond- Went back to his pizzeria until it closed in 2019 and now is an executive chef Sebastian- Has his own food truck business and is Chef De Cuisine for the Islanders Susan- Got married and earlier this year started working for a food magazine Zach- Offers cooking classes

How did season 11 have Jon one of the best male chefs on hell's kitchen on the worst blue team on hell's kitchen.

During auditions: "So it says here you have 20 years professional catering experience." "Thats right" "And you've sucessfully lead a brigade of 12 chefs for the past 5 years?" "Yes." "Any personal issues or childhood sob stories?" "......no not at all" "Sorry, we dont think this process is for you...."

I can still come back to this video and be mad that Jon didn’t win. I know he still got a position under Cristina, but he should’ve won Hell’s Kitchen.

Three things you should know about this season: 1. Jon was the REAL winner of this season, not JaNel. 2. This season has the worst blue team in history, along with season 16. 3. Anthony should've stayed over Zach.

Jon deserved to win the season. He was the most amazing competitor and would be a fantastic boss to have. He genuinely is in my top three favorite men on the show, along with Petrozza (may his soul be at rest) and Sterling

Imagine being a passionate cook applying to go on HK and work for Gordon Ramsay, you get passed up for Gina, and she leaves on the second day.

The fact that Anthony got eliminated over Zach was B.S, and he probably would have gotten the black jacket over susan

The good news is that Jon technically won this season. Since Janel failed her drug test, she couldn’t get the job. But Job was offered a position instead at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. So there is a happy ending to this disaster of a season.

If Gordon had a quote for Jeremy leaving Hells Kitchen, i imagine it being something like this. "Every chef has a chance to get back up and try again. But the moment Jeremy brought up that sample plate, I realized he was better off on the ground."

Putting the fact they pointlessly skipped S10 eliminations aside, this just might be my least favorite season.

The only reason Jon didn't win was because he was on the "wrong" edition of HK. He was consistent af (kudos to the girls), very talented. I bet if he was on season 12, he would have kicked each ass over there!

Jon was brilliant. Humble, honest and respectful all the way through. One of my favourite contestants of all time. Glad he got to where he is today.

I honestly wish Mary won because she had grown so much throughout the season. Janel was strong, but she wasted her efforts due to freaken drugs. It's ridiculous.

I love you Jon as much as everyone else, but credit where it’s due, Anthony had one of the best attitudes of any contestant. Even after Jon nominated him as weaker than Zach, Anthony still wished Jon good luck and told him he wanted him to win.

I think Anthony was the most heart warming guy in the show

I had high hopes for Zach at the beginning when he finished the first service almost on his own after almost breaking down, but afterwards he just became more and more unbearable.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I love Mary. She's the sweetest and just makes me smile

Some of these people look like they just broke out of rehab and holy cow some of them are big people

Jon is definitely the best male chef ever in HK. He has amazing culinary skills, a kind heart, and good attitude towards the stress. And he gets this really handsome looks, cool as hell while not smiling, but cute as heaven while smiling. my goodness, such a good man.

The Red Team that year had only 2 punishments while the Blue had 11.

I honestly liked Zach and Jon till he started to sabotage people. Jon and Anthony should have been in the final 6 together.

The winner of this season failed a drug test apparently and didn't get her job... That sucks. I've never known a "sober" chef -- and I know tons of chefs. Bullshit in my opinion. At least she got $250k anyway. Hopefully she spent it on her own eatery.

Just googled her and apparently, she had to decline the position at Ceaser's Palace because she tested positive for cocaine use :( But the better news is she got back on her feet and is an executive chef in Houston, keep up the good work J!
