Motostrelki means "motorcycle gunmen" (Idk how to translate this more accurately, but it's based on "moto-: motorcycle" & "strelok: shooter, gunman") Although I wonder why are they called like this, if they don't have any bikes in this game.
Moto- is from "motorized". Means they do not go to the battlefield on foot from a railway station nearby, but use trucks and APCs instead. It is pretty much the "line infantry" of the Soviet and Russian army from mid-60s to this day.
