Quick note: Way of the wind does NOT affect you while riding your horse, and both make you just about as fast as riding a horse

But horse the book increases your speed when riding a horse

this might not be true, as coffee that you drink as the player makes your horse run faster. Will do some testing to confirm that way of the wind impacts your horse speed

I wish the price catalog showed the price for a single item, not just for the whole stack. The mod I used showed both at once, it was so convenient. I haven't reinstalled my mods yet, but I think I'll start reintroducing them again now that most of the most important ones should have worked out any issues with 1.6...

just right click it to move it to a new stack and hover over the one to see its price. Assuming you have a single open slot out of 36 backpack slots :)

The jewel of the sea book is such a godsend. I got it randomly in my first week of a new playthrough while fishing at the beach. It increased my overall income for first spring significantly because roe can be worth quite a lot. Also the kind of roe you get will be the same as the fish you catch (so chub roe when catching chub, sturgeon roe when catching sturgeon, and so on).

Little added tip: if you have read Monster Compendium and don't need a slime incubator, just ship it. It is 2000g worth.

7:10 I believe there is actually hidden feature in Stardew Valley, which I just discovered if you have not caught any fish in the first month then you’ll get the training rod for free and one fishing level

Friendship 101 is guaranteed as the 9th prize. And some books are either loved or liked gifts for several NPC's and have some interesting reactions to them. Heck, there's a lot of custom dialogue for gifts now. 3:11: And while indeed "not that useful" there's just something incredible if you're lucky and get roe from legendary fish this way.

You say one thing, while showing another (incorrect cost, show 30 deluxe baits, say twenty, etc). Also, one of the books you get some fishing experience after the first use, so extra don't do nothing, unless you're already max fishing.
