What has been your favourite moment of mine in the series so far? (we want to make a montage!!) 😇

Episode 8's intro felt really tragic, like Martyn is trying to re-live the good old times of just being in the Aha-lliance, when everyone was rather alive and well. It's a time long gone now, and he's getting his game on

I think Martyn may be going a bit insane, his one purpose in life was to watch Mumbo do his intro with Jimmy and now he can't, I can't wait for episode 8

Last Life has been so incredible to watch, and your mimicry of Mumbo's intros has been a wonderful theme stretching throughout it hahaha

The fact that Martyn's Last Life episode 8 Arc, is a man that went insane hearing voices of his friends that are no longer there, and the only thing he has left is his guilt, is a really sad truth.

Episode 8 was so depressing. It send shivers down my spine. I guess that is a good job by Martyn. I'll call my therapist now.

It actually hit me in the feels wen Mumbo did his last intro as a red name and was like "Its kinda depressing not having my friends interrupt my intro" and then he turns around and yall went out of ur way to find him to watch him :-) THE MOST WHOLESOME moment in Last Life ever, change my mind :-)

Okay, that Jimmy impression at the end - I LITERALLY thought you'd got him to cameo for the video, it was ON POINT!!! Some of my favorite moments (I'll edit this comment as more come to me): - When Ren sets himself on fire and you go save him every time - That time Ren runs off, there's a pause, and then Martyn goes "What a loser" (that KILLSSSS me) - Grian's dogs chasing Jimmy and Martyn chasing after just listing a hundred names - BEST being one away from a time zone is a classic at this point - ShadowFart's first appearance, where y'all go "like a fart in the wind"? Yaaa you know what I talk about - Where mumbo digs down for iron saying "actually, I hid my iron heeeeere!!" and Martyn says "Nah, you needed to turn right" and Mumbo does and BAM the iron's there - that smooth Boogey kill!! (Top 3 boogey kills I think)

Jimmy giving Mumbo another spyglass while walking away saying "Just take it, I don't want to hear it" had me 🤣🤣

Wow, Martyn's mimicry of Mumbo's intro lasted longer than the whole southlands itself evidently. 😂

How is Martyn so good at telling a story and portraying such emotion AND evoking such emotion in ME!?!?! This is insane, I felt that last clip bro!! Martyn is on another level right now….

It's interesting that Impulse hasn't shown up to "haunt" Martyn despite also having died last session. It might have to do with how Jimmy and Mumbo both died needlessly, while running away from Grian, and right in front of Martyn.

Lol during the beginning when he said he would have a sneak peak of this week's into I was so hyped to see the sneak peak. About halfway through the video I remembered that mumbo was actually out as well as the rest of the crew. It made me sad. Then I saw his week 8 intro and was even more sad. Man savor the good times in last life cause the are fleeting

There has been so many good moments, all the great puns, that moment with Jimmy, when you gave Ren the nether wart and then later Ren is like ‘oh I had no idea where I got that from’, hearing Etho and Bdubs put a hit on you, and many more I’m probably forgetting, I just woke up

"And when you turn it over, you get a nice little infinity, there's something quite nice about that, isn't there?" That is the most accurate Mumbo intro I have ever seen 😂

Scar: "I've lost everything for the enchanter" Team Best: "We bought away all of our problems with lives, and we didnt know what we had until we had lost them all" Ren: "I am harboring an enemy of one of our queens former allies, which then our queen betrayed us joined them, and succeeded in killing them" Martin: "Our leader killed half our team, and then my alliance's allies killed the rest" this is a pretty good season ngl

Obviously the main 'AHA' parts when all of the Southerners started making their base! All of your moments in the Last Life series have been my favorite but that has been the most memorable one!

By far, my favorite episode was the one where grian and jimmy are gone.. so many funny moments in that one. Best moments were the bread puns and Martyn telling mumbo where to find the iron. The chase scene where martyn keeps listing the dogs' names was also really funny! keep up the great content :)

My favorite parts involving Martyn might be every single time he goes “AH-HA!”, but that’s just me.

At this point he's just gone mad and to think that all of his southern friend's death was caused by grian Timmy - killed by grian Mumbo - also killed by grian Impulse - grian tempt him to go make the wither at BEST therefore leading him to his demise (probably a reach 😂)

The intro for episode 8 was so good depressing, Martyn trying to fill the hole in his heart that Grian created by killing of Mumbo and Jimmy, The Southlands died because of its creator-Grian. its poetic

Wondered if you guys were uploading this week considering I haven’t seen anything so far and Grian uploaded Hermitcraft. Oh man, these moments are amazing. You’ve killed me with your humor… so funny. The “one day this lot will leave me alone” is probably the BEST part. Hands down. (Best was capitalized for emphasis, not to reference the group that disbanded.) The PTSD and trauma’s getting to Martyn. Slowly going insane, as to be expected. But really, that clip was unexpected. I love it. While you’re not asking for 3rd Life clips, may I remind everyone here of the greatness that was the picture book “Bye House”! Still great no matter how many times I’ve watched it. And best moment in Last Life? While the ah-has are a classic… I actually really love it in Episode 3, where you, Impulse, and Jimmy give Mumbo the baby zombie. Proper time stamp is 21:53 but to me, the best part was 23:05 - 23:24 Other than that, probably any time the “Shadow Fart” name was referred to… Thank you, Martyn, for breaking my sense of humor.

You need to include naming all of Grian’s dogs while chasing after (whoever) and the audio of Grian being surprised by your persistence.

ooo best of montage! here's some of my favourite moments from your POV of this season: - your boogey kill on tango in session 7! it went so smoothly it was incredible i really loved it - i do really like all the times people have used the "eyes" signal this season but i'm not sure that qualifies for a best of montage it's more just me missing dogwarts lol - the first round of everyone "aha"ing while chopping down wood for the southlands it was very funny - the conversation about grian's "waffle" in session 1 was profoundly uncomfortable but in a funny way - same goes for the bit in session 3 where everyone is at magical mountain and scar is in that hole under the boat and the conversation about "enormous butts". i hate it but it's funny - you accidentally blocking in mumbo with that piglin brute in session 2(?) which then caused him to die. just because that's really funny and also sad - your marriage to mumbo in session 3! especially the part where you then proceeded to catch up with scar and mumbo told him you were discussing "tactical things" - that bit of lore when you first saw ren in session 2. i just like it a lot personally because again i miss dogwarts and how can i not love the "HAND" and "WINTER" abbreviations going on there - that bit with you and ren and mumbo in session 2 where ren sets himself on fire isn't really something for a compilation necessarily because it's not a "cool moment" it's just a sad bit about ren's character that he completely cut out of his own episode which makes it more interesting to see in yours i think - your conversation with ren at the end of session 1 - the way you tricked jimmy into giving that life back in session 5 - not a specific thing for a comp but i LOVE all the moon-related lore this season. i've had a fantastic time trying to decipher it on tumblr - that bit at the start of session 6 where you landed a water bucket save and mumbo somehow expected you to also put down water for him. that was just funny to me - the bit in session 6 where jimmy asked you for a life after being chased away by the dogs and you just walked away - burning down the southlands in session 6 - you becoming boogeyman and trying and failing to kill grian, + the lore that came with the boogeyman assignment, in session 7 - your divorce from mumbo in session 6 (and also immediately going "i'm gonna find myself a new mAHAn" and then about five seconds later "where's ren gone i miss ren" i found that hilarious. goodbye mumbo renchanting is making a comeback) - the hydration crystal thing and the fact that it actually worked - the start of session 8 you've already put in this video. WOW that hurts. i was prepared for it because you were talking about it on stream but also DUDE

It's kinda funny how you can see everyone's lives going down and down every episode, and then boom, episode eight and you're depressed

My favorite funny moment: There was this red name that was hit by Grian, and his dogs were not sitting down. The dogs proceeded to chase him and then Martyn followed the dogs in pursuit, naming each of the dogs😂😂😂💀💀💀💀

The attempted Grian murder was funny but how smooth the tango kill went was hilarious

Took me a moment to glue my heart back together, but now here's some great highlights: - The boogie kill on Tango, natch - The quickfire deaths of red Mumbo and Jimmy leading into Joel kill stealing Grian - Exiling Jimmy... multiple times - Impulse's fall off the ghast farm - The JAHAR - Snooping in the BEST castle... particularly the time you saw them build the TNT cannon - Stealing Scott's wither head and booking it

Your Jimmy impression was crazy good, thought it was actually him for a second there! I would like to nominate your pov on Impulse's splat in the Nether for funniest moment! It caught me so off guard I had to pause the video cause I was laughing so hard :D (Sad that Impulse's shield blocked his boat clutch there but it made for good comedy at least)

My friends and I have been doing a Last Life fantasy league all season, Martyn was my first draft pick and he's been getting me lots of points 🙏🙏🙏 Very excited to see the next session!!
