Every Time I Die - "Revival Mode" 

Why does this not have more views? I've been playing this on repeat for like the last 6 years.

when people ask me my favourite lyrics, I have to go past the top 10 before I find anything that's not Keith Buckley. The man's an artist.

This band is just bad ass no other way to put it... They Fucking Rock... Keith Buckley is a GOD.

Just discovered this band today. Holy fuck. I've wasted the first 30 years of my life.

These lyrics are Keith's best by far! The "...I got debts piling piling high I got addictions, ex-wives So I stayed true And I thank you For bearing witness while I waste my fucking life!!"

Awesome they had John Christ play guitar on this, such an amazing and underrated guitar player.

I wasn't crazy about this album when it first came out, but over the couple years it's been out, I have really come around to loving this album as much as Gutter or Big Dirty.

I wish more bands would have such a unique sound and such an outstanding vocalist like ETID. Bands like this are hard to find. I highly recommend you to check out Pregnant Whale Pain, they just released their debut album, and it's original and heavy too, and their vocalist is insanely good. Check out their "Album Preview 30 Second Samples" video, that should give you an idea of what they sound like, see if you like it.

Underrated ETID single!!

This song is awesome! I don't care what anyone says. Ex Lives is an awesome album. ETID never gets old.

A) There's nothing wrong with a garage band's intensity. B) They're lyrics are fucking incredible. Songs about esoteric depression, the nature of art, and tongue-in-cheek drinking anthems are all written with equal aplomb and skill. C) The instrumentation combines elements of mathcore with southern rock, garage rock, and hardcore punk. D) Their every song is intense. Those are the major reasons that I personally like them.

From 16 years old i play this song till this day i am 27. I never get bored by it.

No matter how many times I hear this song, the fucking ending verse still fucking gets me. There's only room on this rescue boat for butchers and bakers and men with hope. Holy fuckin shit.

Favorite ETID video. Super creepy. I love all of their videos (especially "It Remembers") but this one is definitely my favorite.

To go from a single like Underwater Bimbos to something like this really shows how much effort and talent that these guys are putting into this album. I have a really good feeling about this.

Incredible song. I think some people listened to about 20 seconds of it and judged it too quickly. I like it more with every listen. The best records are the ones that grow on you.

I inquired about blackstar amps at the GC in seattle..dude said the guitarist here said he used em and loved em..so that brought me here...I love black metal..but this is really not too bad..a bit lighter than I generally enjoy but..pretty good! thanks guitar counter dude.

My favorite Era of ETID

I love it, this morning it had just over four hundred views, now over twelve and a half thousand. Its gonna explode before the end of the week. Rad song, love you ETID!

the name was inspired by a band called Drowning Man, who have a song called Every Time I Dial, which sounded like Every Time I Die, so Andy Williams chose it for that. He says so in an interview, its not inspired by Kenny or some Children of Bodom song

Got to catch these guys at a gwar show in Nc, it was badass to find out they were from buff (45 mins north of me)

Keith is such a wordsmith. Such a master at what he does, that it would be beneficial to just sit and listen to anything he has to say. My first true man crush, hhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Alot of people are hating on this song. Why? Because its new? Too scary for you? This song is a perfect compliment to what is sure to be a another great Every Time I Die album. Its not like they gave us two similar songs too chew on. Both are seperate ends of the spectrum. Relax. Has ETID ever disappointed you?

Every "bad" comment I always read about Every Time I Die, is like "It's so hard to follow their lyrics," "Their song structure is weird," and I'm like EXACTLY! That's their style! There's nothing like ETID. I can't wait to listen the whole album. Congrats guys.

Epitaph seems recently to understand the importance of keith's lyrical genius and puts the lyrics in the description. funny to me the newer songs from "from parts unknown" "ex-lives", most have them.

i was a little concerned about ETiD making "softer songs" with Ex-Lives.. 2 months later "Revival Mode" and "Indian Giver" are the top two most played songs on my ipod, over 200 plays each! i dont think this album will get old anytime soon, thank you ETiD - the wait for this album was more than worth it

This song is fucking amazing. The album is dark, heavy, and some of the best shit they have put out. Reminds me a lot of the old stuff.

I like it, its different. Just like "In The Event That Everything Should Go Terribly Wrong", a nice break from the fast paced stuff!
