I find it funny how much Joe hates Gerry even tho the man is doing a fine job of providing for his daughter, his grand daughter, assisting quite substantially his other daughter and grand daughter and literally providing for him. Like if you’re over protective you’d want to keep this man in your daughters life by any means😂

I wish there had been a scene where Gerry just finally lets Joe have it for being such an unreasonable bastard. He puts up with more than he has to, the poor guy.
Grandpa Joe is the best grandad and dad but a horrible father-in-law. I never understood why Gerry puts up with him besides Sarah and Orla.Mary is lucky to have such a husband.
