this is exactly what I've been thinking listening to these new singles. it sounds closer to the original bulb ideas of juggernaut than jugg alpha and omega do. and with an album title like "djent is not a genre" it just sounds to me like they mean business with this record. I'm so excited

now that i heard it on the actual track, i think the riff is a bit too quiet behind the vocals. kinda vanishes a bit in the mix. wouldve been cool, if the voice and the riff don't kick in at the same time

I fell like Periphery lost each members individuality after the first 2 albums. They are like a super group now, and not In a good way. Like they went from making just good songs to noise compilations. "Ohhh did you see what I did there?! Now I'm gonna do this- here" Also, I find Spencers voice extremely pretentious now with goofy lyrics.
