We can't classify one of them as better. It depends on your niche. If its e commerce then a combination of both would be good, E-mails can let the consumer know about deals, abandoned cart whereas ads will get them to know about the store. So it depends on your niche and what your better at. They both are equally great

When you pay on monthly basis it simply means you have to pay him even when you make no money on specific months, I think payment per completed work is better
I recently came across many videos regarding Iman's reputation and method. But I trust him because his methods are legit and straight-to-point videos are beneficial. Doesn't matter whether he is making what he is saying but just the fact he is sharing this insight with us is awe-inspiring and I appreciate it.
