Wait since when does mortar do knockback to pekkas? Also it just shows that even when the upgrades no longer have the massive benefits every 5 levels on heroes it's still worth upgrading if you're going all the way. But that doesn't change the fact that they are too expensive considering there is no longer a massive benefit from it per level.
