I have a bankruptcy that is 6 years old. I’m starting a business with no business income at this point but project over $200k business income by the end of 2024. In personal income, I earn about $160k from 3 different sources. I can self fund for the most part but that will take too long. I need about $50k max for the second phase. Do you think it’s possible to qualify with a Ch. 7 that is 6 years old?
So I'm looking for a loan to buy the real estate, do the build out, and start a restaurant. My credit is in the 800s, and I have about 150k. I think a rough estimate is around 1 million. Which loan do you advise?
Is the interest only period have a backing for how often I can renew the lease a limit or is it more similar to real estate, do you just declare bankruptcy at this point.
Hey Marie, grants are the best option for nonprofits. Also, check out the Nonprofit Finance Fund and Community Development Financial Institutions. Hope this helps.
