one of my friend in my friend group is a literal manipulator its affected me

A lot of disabled people have to cancel events because they can never be sure if they have the energy for it and etc. We Autistic people can go without meeting friends for months or even years and still talk like it no time has passed. From what I have learned through life, a huge amount of people crosses boundaries all the time. It's harder for a disabled person to put boundaries, depending on what disability you have, since others can just deny it and then make it sound like everything is your fault. To make it rather simple, a lot of us Autistic people see neurotypical people in a similar way they stereotype "sociopaths" but less extreme and more inconsistent. (Not judging any sociopaths here, just making a comparison, hope you're having a good day) Lots of people also get offended if you're transparent about a lot of things. We disabled people need to be just to survive. Others just go "oh TMI" (even though it's things no one should ever feel shameful about). But the focus is only on some people and not everyone. Not everyone are fully bad, but literally everyone can do bad things. For me, it's important to know why someone do things (unless it's too private to be shared ofc), because you can never fully know the full picture just by making thin sliced assumptions, but that's just me.
