R.I.P. To all the wrestlers who I grew up watching, one day when God calls me home I'll be united with my late grandparents and watch wrestling all over again 😔
I am in that 40 range and I know Terry Funk from the movie Roadhouse. Later I got turned on to WWF around late elementary school years. Over the Top! So I missed seeing him wrestle, at the the same time I stopped watching wrestling right before Husky Harris transformed into Bray Wyatt. Recently I started watching again, and I was all over those QR codes flashing on SD and MNR. I broke into tears multiple times when I watched Smackdown. RIP wrestling4life. Thank you for making this video!
It’s hard to appreciate it these days. It’s so bad and it’s barely any talent and charisma. The most talented I’ve seen since the attitude era is probably dolph ziggler and the most charismatic I’ve seen since then is probably LA Knight. There’s not many likeable ppl in the wwe anymore 🤷🏽♂️
Scott Hall was the 1 that hit the biggest. He was apart of the most iconic era in wrestling & his death let us know that it was truly an end of an era 🙏 RiP
I will NEVER forgive Sheamus for NOT paying tribute to Scott/Razor when he passed. Sheamus stole and renamed the finisher Scott/Razor made famous...the Razor's Edge. Sheamus owes his entire career to Scott/Razor.
Although this video deals with death it’s one of my favorite ones of year so far please continue to do videos like this, as I view it the ultimate respect to those who gave their life for the business of pro wrestling
Love Bray and Brodie!!@ Rip 🙏!!! My favorite ever though Scott Hall is obviously a legend and his death hurt me so much!!! He was the best as big as he was physically and agile and in ring skills and mic 🎤 skills were amazing and fantastic and one of a kind!!! His personal demons are the only thing that kept him from being a great champion and he was so damn great that, even battling that he was still great 👍!!! One of the safest wrestlers to ever work with and didn't have a problem with putting guys over!!!! Rip 🙏 Razor, Hey Yo!!!!
Only two athletes/celebrities were ever worth crying over with distinct memory. Eddie, and Kobe. I literally remember how I found out, where I was, my age, everything. Eddie was the man it felt unreal
@@christophercruz1513 what other Eddie on a wrestling channel, on a video about wrestler deaths could I be talking about. How many popular Eddie athletes do you know that died tragically lmao
Bobby Heenan was a Star among Stars! Without his persona, so many wrestlers would not have had the impact that they did! He almost single handedly made my Childhood! Thank you SIr, You are missed!
I actually knew Nick "Big Bully" Busick. I live near his hometown of Weirton, WV. and I work with his son Branko at my security job. He became a police officer after wrestling in Weirton and in Atlanta. A true stand-up guy.
Howard finkel was the announcer I grew up with . We use to go to the new haven coliseum in the late 70s we always looked forward to Howard go on the mic and tell us what the matches were upcoming the following month the crowd would go crazy every time he mentioned andre the giant!!!!!!!
I find it wild that someone wouldn't know their appendix had burst. That was the most painful thing I've experienced. Was like being shot and someone sticking their finger in the wound repeatidly.
Now these videos is what you need to do more often as far as doing documentaries like you use to years ago. I hope you keep making these types of videos more often like you did with Behind The Titantron
JIM CORNETTE explains in various media TV INTERVIEWS RU-vid VIDEOS alot of CORNETTE'S GUYS had problems with VINCE McMAHON over money I'm 48 years old in 2024 and I remember a few of CORNETTE'S GUYS showing up in the WWF in the 1980's & 1990's only to be gone within weeks or months there were alot of TEAMS named EXPRESS ROCK 'n' ROLL EXPRESS MIDNIGHT EXPRESS ALL NIGHT EXPRESS BOBBY EATON RICKY MORTON ROBERT GIBSON I don't remember the other guys they were basically the same guys & they would switch partners depending on the company that they worked for WWF WCCW WCW USWA
No intro of Undertaker dubstep. Getting right to the point out of respect for these legends. Wrestlelamia is serious for this clip. Now that's respectable.
It's almost like wrestlers lose a year of their lives for every 10 hard bumps they take. They die so much earlier than the rest of the population. 30, 40, 50's is just so common. It's very sad to watch our heroes die.
First yoko then umaga then rosie….I mean, I know the Samoans are just naturally huge dudes, but they should of done more to take care of themselves especially knowing that there is a history of weight related health issues in their family…it’s nice to see the younger generation seems to recognize that and appear to take better care of themselves to prevent those things from arising later in life.
I don’t cry for strangers but when Eddie Guerrero died, I cried like a fucking baby. You would have thought I lost my mama but that hit me the hardest. Via la raza forever
3 Minute Warning weren't brothers, they were cousins, Rosie was Roman Reigns' brother, Jamal wasn't released he was repackaged as Umaga and he was Rikishi's brother
Yeah. George the Animal was one of the craziest, most hated wrestlers during the 60's-70's. Great marches against the likes of Bruno, Monsoon, Morales... Always the crazy, sadistic bad guy.
