@@yanguskhan8513 there are no real streamers that have big audience that are 'very family friendly' especially if they play games. You cannot expect other people to not cuss. Tina is almost as family friendly as you can get, but there is no controlling what others say.
I feel like sponsors should relax on the cuss words lol. They know very well that fi they are going to be playing with groups of 20 to 30 year olds, that there is going to be cussing lol. Poor Tina.
She should've put up a bet on her friends that they'd owe her (and her editor) some money every time they cursed. Swear Jar this gaming sessions. It would've made some good content.
Nah once they end up costing me money I will have to respectfully bow out of the game and play solo or something bc ain’t no way y’all costing me a paycheck lol
@@skybear17it really isn’t. Sure there are a lot of people who don’t care but there are a lot of people who do. So it’s much better to just appeal to everyone
@@angelsheaven299 i get what youre saying. but that rule like make sense in a public space in the real world. this is a stream where cuss words are used all the time. i dont think people are tuning in for the sponsor, not tina. people arent going around to streamers, looking for the sponsors that they care about.
@@yanguskhan8513 That's, IMO, the most important thing to me. If I was a streamer and a sponsor said, "Here go you we like you and want you to advertise but don't swear." then I'd reply with, "If you like me, you know I swear. That's the advertiser you paid for." In Tina's case, I don't know if she swears on her own stream (doubtful), but if it is in her contract with the sponsor, then she could've avoided playing with that group of people. Either that, or this whole thing is a bit for content and the sponsor doesn't care.
@Offlinetvclips411 I mean idk, when I was at high school, teachers said it. Its literally not a big deal, sponsors being so squeamish about an extremely well used word that anyone old enough to actually buy their products will be very familiar with it.
@@Me-ui1zy maybe not where you live, but it is a very big deal for large amounts of areas. Any time people hear the F word, they will cut off whatever is on if there is a lot of it. Teachers, while not banned from it, they can get in trouble for cussing. Because students will then tell their parents who will then go to the school. You still cannot say it on certain tv stations nor radio. Sponsors aren't squemish about it, they just don't want to deal with the backlash if little kids hear the word and parents start attacking the company.
I'm a teacher in a summer coding camp (I've been doing it for 5 years every summer). I swear all the time. Middle School and High School kids. I haven't had ramifications but that's probably because it was just a summer camp, so the mood is different.
@SydeonxDisguisedtoastdating Honestly, I just went to disneyland a week ago and people were dropping fuck's like nothing and nobody seemed to care, even when in front of little kids. It was strange to me, but maybe people are just used to it now.
honestly any company planning on sponsoring a group of 20 and 30 year olds in a shooting game should probably expect some swearing. if you want a kid-friendly game go sponsor Minecraft or something
@@nefariou5 there would still be cussing lol. There is just no way to avoid cussing. You can sponsor a 10 year old and there is still going to be cussing lol.
Are the other streamers getting paid via that sponsor? So why are they supposed to uphold TINA’S part of the contract. In fact i think it was unfair for her to put those expectations on her friends
First off.... I highly doubt it would ruin her income or future sponsors. If that was the case then none of the Offline TV and Friend crew would ever have sponsors. Will it slightly hurt her income... maybe. It depends on exactly what the contract said. But it still wouldn't hurt that much. If it hurt that much, I feel like Tina would probably have left or did something solo.
