The good Roman Catholic is not a Christian, because they put their faith in the RCC and the seven sacraments instead of putting their faith in Christ alone. Yes, there are Christians in the RCC, despite their teachings, but they should either leave the sect, or work for refom within it. Most likely if they did this they would be excommunicated.

At 21:30 mark, I was like that. It took months and years for God to reveal some of my sins to me. In fact, more than 20 years later, God is still working on me and fine-tuning me. There are times when I am still on the anvil, so I guess I am a slow learner.
You are not a slow learner. I think that's what He does to all of us, sometimes we are delivered, sometimes we have a thorn like Paul, but God's grace is sufficient. We grow and mature at different speeds and levels. What's important is you don't give up. You stay and keep learning.
I do want to argue with something said. Something along the lines of 'a Christian will accept the rebuke/correction'. I don't think that's an absolute. A Christian SHOULD, no doubt. But, if it was an absolute, then it would be possible to tell without a shadow of a doubt who was at least not a Christian because anyone who doesn't accept a rebuke would not be a Christian. That isn't saying some who do accept it aren't false Christians. The point is, Christians can and do behave as non-Christians. Pride, arrogance, rebellious attitudes, etc. A Christian might not accept a rebuke. But eventually, they will or they'll be disciplined perhaps to the point of death. Think of the precedent the comment is setting. You're telling people anyone who doesn't accept a rebuke is a false Christian. No. The Bible gives us clear guidelines for Church discipline and that involves multiple levels of approaching the person in sin. If we're saying the person who doesn't accept the rebuke is then immediately determined to be a false Christian, we're doing the very thing warned not to do.
It was only recently that I was shocked and saddened to learn that Pattie Heaton was happy to sanction the murder of children in the womb, because it was in a woman's body. She seems very confident that it's a "woman's right to choose".

Are Roman Catholics Christians? They are if they have trusted in Jesus alone for the forgiveness of their sins. However, if they believe that the are saved by God's grace and their works, then they are not saved -- even if they believe their works are done by God's grace -- since they then deny the sufficiency of Christ's sacrifice.
@Dd The "WHY" he died and rose again is the most important part of the whole story. He did not do it in vain but to save us from the wrath of GOD which is eternal Fire in Hell because of disobedience against God (sin) Inorder to be saved then ,we must repent to Jesus Christ ,saying we are sorry for our sins. Through repenting we acknowledge the sacrifice that Jesus made on that cross so that God's wrath is calmed on us.
The decision between Patricia and Christ is hers alone. We can't say whether she's saved or not. My dad always used to say heaven will be a big surprise for everyone who enters in. People who we think are saved might not be there and vice versa.
Yes, as Christians, I believe we must be vocal that CHRISTIANS must avoid partaking in homosexual behavior or any of the others sins mentioned. But as Christians, can we really hold the non-Christians to our values? No matter what their sin, they're destined for Hell. But unless they repent, they're living by the laws of Hell, and we can't change that. So, wouldn't it be fine to say, "Sure, you can get married to whoever you want if you're okay with rejecting God forever."

I really appreciate LivingWaters and Ray Comfort commitment and zeal to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ bluntly. Unfortunately their repeated ignorance of and false testimony of the Catholic Church on their program has lead me to remove them them from consideration of sharing with others. I also found it a bit odd that they would support someone shouting the gospel at a bunch of what appeared to be kids practicing ROTC.

" The statement " alleged that those religions came before the Bible " are Myths Guard your heart and refrain from having itching ears. But if you are truly curious research carefully , diligently about what those Religions entail. From their beliefs, Gods, and Spirits they encounter. Look also for testimonies of people who converted to Christianity from them and why. May the Peace of Jesus Christ be with you and I hope you find his truth.

I was Protestant for many years. I prayed to God to allow me to understand how he desired to be worshiped. I was shocked by the answer. I have never met a fellow Catholic that was fully educated in their faith that left the Church. Most were just poorly catechized. Even worse, many were taught things contrary to what the Church actually teaches. The early Christians believed very differently than Protestants. Their writings are available.
Jesus said the road is wide that leads to destruction. Narrow is the way that leads to eternal life. Jesus is the narrow door, we are only coming into Heaven by going through the door which is Jesus. Not Buddha or Mohammed or good works. Godly sorrow works repentance and faith in God. Godly sorrow causes us to confess our sins each day after we are saved, not to keep saved, but because we love God and want to keep our spirit clean and our relationship right with God. Examining the fruits are not to judge a Christian but to judge false prophets. How many souls can we see with our eyes that a man has lead to Christ. God looks at the heart, he alone can see the persons heart. It's not given to us to examine peoples hearts, we are told to preach the gospel. Jesus said to his apostle, what difference does it make to you if he lives till I come ..follow thou me.

"Believe what you want" is a Protestant approach. So by your reasoning a true Christian would not stay in the Catholic Church? Why? What church would they join? How did God open your eyes? Was it a vision? I private interpretation of scripture? Protestant Evangelist? Video postings on RU-vid? Who "fully educated" you in the Catholic understanding of Christ? Most Catholics who leave the church learned more about it from Protestants.

Your lack of knowledge cause you to error in your judgment of the catholic beliefs. First when a catholic says works we are talking about our works of mercy. Our works of mercy are Matthew 24,31-46. If you still believe you know better then a catholic what my beliefs are then by all means do not look it up but if you want to know what catholics really believe stop listening to people who are not catholic and seek your knowledge from one who is.
