That's my favorite line out of the entire rant. It's extra hilarious that he ate not 1, but 2, even though the first one was probably terrible uncooked. Totally fits his character though lol
I think Rays meltdown on Brian prevented Debra from going off on Ray because he brought the snack even though Debra said they weren’t gonna bring a snack. His explosion totally made her forget about that.
If Ray hadn’t blown up at Coach Brian, what do you think Debra would’ve said to Ray right after Coach Brian told her that Ray brought snacks to the game after she told him not to?
He was trying to be the peace making between that guy and Debra. Debra was upset at Ray for not defending her more. Then Ray snuck the approved snack behind Debra's back and that guy kept trying to thank Debra for it and Ray finally snapped. Which is why him and Debra being nice to each other at the end because of Ray's explosion was funny.

I remember dealing with a idiot like Brian at my son game one time except the only difference is that I said everything I was thinking and I made the guy cry and I am glad I did.
The part of the scene when the entire Barone family is leaving in shame reminds me of a future episode(season 7's "Who's Next") when the Barone family, including incumbent Amy MacDougall, has to leave in shame because of the bickering. The "straw that broke the camel's back" was Frank & Marie about Marie's choice for Frank's future spouse verses Frank's choice. LOL!
Debra is horrible. She's petty, self-centered and emotionally insecure. I can't imagine why Ray feels that he can't make a decision without Debra making him regret it. He really needs to grow up and be a man.
Rays a mama's boy. He's incompetent as a man to make decisions. Buys tissues and sets the kitchen on fire...takes charge of the family's budget and bounces dozens of cheques causing the power to be shut off etc. Ray wants to be taken care of, not be an equal partner in a marriage
@@missyadams trust me, I know. I'm Cuban. My ma loves plantains. Her favorite is sliced thick and fried. My cousin likes em sweet so she bakes em. Me? I like plantain chips.
@@gilbertotabares8196 I'm Nigerian, we use plantains a lot here for different recipes, including plantain pottage. I prefer classic fried plantain, no salt. Roasted plantain is street food here, eaten with roasted peanuts usually or if one can afford it, peppered grilled fish
They originally thought that Debra was going to explode at Ray for sneaking the approved snack to the guy behind her back. However it ended up being Ray that snapped which is why everyone was surprised.
Ray finally blew up because he was so sick of pretending to be excited about kids hitting a ball off a stupid tee when they don't even keep score. And we can't have the precious darlings starve to death while standing around pretending to be playing baseball.
Debra was 100 percent right. Brian was a pompous little jackass. He needed to be put in his place. I'm guessing you're the Brian type in real life lol.
