Everybody React to The Next Mass Effect - Official Teaser Trailer (MASS EFFECT 4) 

I started crying when Liara picked up that N7 armor piece, and when the ME music what we all love kicked in. I know it's pathetic, but I'm still crying whenever I see this trailer. This proves me, that the ME trilogy was the best of all time for me, it moves so much emotion in me, that I can't describe it.

I think shepard is lost or something and he signaled anyone to rescue him and i loved how liara smilled when she picked a piece of his helmet because she hoped she would meet him again

Fun fact: that sound effect was created by recording the closing of a rusty lid of a wheely bin in a national park. They just dropped it in pitch 😅

I was the first guy and honestly didn't hear the reaper sound but saw that Mass Relay for sure.

Simply enjoying the content, whatever it may be, is all that I need to know if someone is a true fan. I don't gatekeep people behind behind some arbitrary metric. So what if they don't recognize the sound of a reaper. If it takes an N7 logo to jog their memory that's fine with me. They're a Shepard in my books.

@@Squeekysquid What I'm really waiting for is confirmation that Shepard is coming back, because once that's confirmed, you KNOW a lot of other fan-favourite characters will be returning too. When that happens, that's when I'll be truly "happy". Right now, I'm hopeful. But I don't want some prequel crap, rather a continuation of ME 3. That ending left a sour taste in my mouth which lingers to this day.

@David Hacking-Bonilla playing male is the way to go in my opinion, so you're not alone. And I really hope you're right and they find him! even if he isn't the main character anymore, at least they finally listened to the players and went back to the original galaxy, and hopefully we see some of the old crew! I was all choked up when I saw this. Am so excited

@David Hacking-Bonilla I actually liked Andromeda. Only thing I didn't like was simply that I was no longer Shepard. They do a trilogy with the same character, make you care about them and their squad, and then just completely change the direction and everything is different. But as a whole I liked the story of Andromeda, I even liked the Male Ryder when I gave him a chance. A downer for MEA though was the lackluster romances, and the facial animations. But ultimately what am really hoping for in the new ME, is that they go back to the original roots of the trilogy and make a proper rpg, like the first game. Where you actually need certain squad members on your team for certain objectives, such as being able to hack, therefore needing an engineer. Also limit the reputation checks of Paragon and Renegade like they did in 1 when talking to squad members, so I could say what I want and have no consequence on reputation. I also really hope they stick with similar music to the original, so another words make the music a masterpiece as well. Anyway I'll stop ranting, haha

@David Hacking-Bonilla I just hope they don't ruin it. All the remasters I've experienced so far has kinda failed. The originals still end up being better.

Yes! For those very much "sound oriented" in the first place, cues start off already 3 seconds into the trailer. By the end of the Arctrurus station/first contact protocol the cues escalate another level. Then it possibly escalates another level when the "ark 6" line comes. Anyone who does not get their chills by the following sight of a wrecked mass effect relay is possibly slightly less of a nerd than me :P

This is not the Citadel. This is a Relay. Relay rings are visible there. Usually these two rings in the Relay rotate
