Basic Meatball Recipe (Gluten Free)
by Faith and Flour
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
1/4 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats (ground in blender or food processor)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until combined without over-mixing.
Shape into 1-2 inch balls and arrange on a baking sheet with sides that is lined with non-stick aluminum foil.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Clean the dryer vent inside and outside should not have lint flying around. Also paper bags can cause roaches.. They like the glue so so store in garage or get rid of them. Just some friendly advice. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰

Hi Robin - This video was packed with good motivation. Thanks! I like the idea of just cleaning and reorganizing little by little as you have time or in my case have stamina for. As I have gotten older this is how I accomplish everything. Rachel comes every Tuesday to visit and do whatever I need her help to do. I always have a small box of donations for her to drop off for me. The donation center is on her side of town. She is finishing up this semester from home and we sure have loved having her here. That meal looked so good and I have a plan for the next time I do a bunch of cooking to do those meatballs for the freezer but right now I am trying to get my freezer down a little lower. From what you said about leftovers for 3, I assume Kyle is gone. Hope he is doing well as he starts life after college. I am still struggling with this bout of Bell’s palsy. Glad I dont go our much since it looks bad. My poor Sunday School friends have to see me on zoom but all have been very sweet and encouraging. Last time I got steroids immediately that helped it improve quickly but this time it looked differently than last time and I waited to long to see the doctor. I found out you need to receive the steroid within the first 48 hrs. I have made the decision to get my second dose of vaccine on 3/13 and I am claiming Romans 15:13 “ May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”. Love in Christ my sister.

I like to use a binder clip to hold my rubber gloves together. I hang them from a command hook on the inside of my cabinet door.

Robin, I have noticed that you had the central vacuum system that the hose stores in the walls, we are building and I’m trying to determine if that system might work for us, where I live they have sold only a few systems and I was wanting your opinion on that type of central vacuum.

Hi Sandy! Ours is a Beam which is made by Electrolux. It works very well, but it’s the first and only system I’ve had, so I don’t know how it compares to others on the market. How exciting to be building your new home! 💛😊💛

Thank you for another highly motivational video. I love the idea of "chunk" decluttering and organizing. I find that even if I don't the time to tackle an entire room getting a "chunk" or section decluttered and organized gives a feeling of accomplishment. Had to chuckle at Austin and his carrot, my Duke Ellington loves carrots also.

Funny how watching someone else cleaning motivates me to clean🤷🏻‍♀️. I purchased an inexpensive remnant roll of vinyl flooring, cut to size and place under all our sink cabinets. So much easier to clean! Any leftover pieces I line drawers or shelves with. I chose a light wood grain pattern that was a close match to the interior of our cabinets.

I lean towards perfection, not completely, but it’s something I work on....(I’m a retired nurse and we must get it right).... I appreciate the shelf liner you put under the sink that did not have to totally cover the area....I would have cut that extra small strip to make it cover, I would tape them together, which in time would come loose, you get the picture....a pain to deal with....thank you for reminding me, everything does not need to be perfect....I hope this wasn’t TMI 😂😂 ....I always learn something from your videos!

Robin Have you considered keeping your extra plastic bags in the bottom of each trashcan? It eliminates having to make space/store them anywhere else… Just put a roll divided into all of your like size garbage cans and when you run out, it can go on the grocery list and for the time being you can raid another garbage can for a couple extra until you get to the store

It really does make a difference when you have the cabinet space because you can organize things so much better and group certain items together so much better instead of them all being piled together.
