Suggestion: Next time, how about giving each member ownership of a bonus? They can then choose whether to "sell" it to the highest bidder or keep it. This way, the highest bidder has to pay the owner. Just an idea!
Hey VegasMatt, recently my grandfather has passed away and it has hit my family pretty hard, especially my father.
