Everyone asked me for this pork knuckle recipe! Instead of sausage!

Pork dishes are very popular. The knuckle of pork does not take last place here. Although ready meals are very high in calories, they are incredibly tasty and also healthy thanks to the collagen fibers they contain.
Ingredients:
Pork knuckle 1200
Carrots - 2 pcs.
salt 1 tbsp.
Black ground pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp
Dry adjika - 1 hour
RECIPE
🔹 Rinse the knuckle of pork well, pour cold water over it and leave it on for 1 hour (or less).
🔹 Gently remove the skin without damaging it. Separate the meat from the bone and cut into pieces.
🔹 In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, dried garlic and dry adjika.
🔹Sprinkle the meat with spices (not all spices should be used, leave for the skin and carrots) and grate well.
🔹 Lubricate the skin with spices from all sides.
Lay out part of the meat, put carrots on top, then the remaining meat.
🔹 Wrap the shaft in 2 layers in a baking sleeve (use 2 pieces)
🔹 Tie with thread. Cook covered for 2 hours over medium heat.
🔹 Put in the fridge until set (6-10 hours).
