You're right Let Me Ride was recorded in early 1992 and the music video was done in the Fall 1993 so that's enough time to squash it so Ice Cube made a cameo after the bad blood was squashed with Dre and the rest of N.W.A

For those that are mentioning that Dr dre dissed Ice Cube in the song Dre Day remember chronic was recorded in June of 1992 and was not released until December of that same here Dre day was released as a single in 1993 so when the song came out most likely a lot of people didn't pick up on the diss he did on Ice Cube towards the end of that song Dre Day is mostly known for being a diss towards Eazy-E and Tim Dog now I've seen some comments in the comment section from people saying that Cube appeared in Dr Dre's music video for Let Me Ride which I believe came out in the summer of '93 I Believe by that point they most likely probably had squashed whatever beef they had with each other at that point now I am aware there is a song from the Menace to Society soundtrack that ice cube responded to the district made towards him in Dre day so I'm not sure when that song was recorded but it most likely was probably made after the songs release but I just thought I would mention that.

I found it interesting that they were very careful (subliminal) with Ice Cube. Cube pretty much ended NWA with "No Vaseline", so I don't think Dre and Snoop really wanted it with him. They had to sneak diss him so it could be denied just in case something popped off.
