This is my favourite Dish called as Borani, i learned from my Afghan maid, she taught me to set layers of baingan in the tomato onion sauce and top up with Yoghurt. I so love to make it on special occasions.

my mother used to make this recipe.she learned from one of kokab khaja tv show.Turkish bengan was name ..and we all loved it as we did not like brinjals at all before this recipe.
