► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
70 g dried cherries, 70 g dried cranberries
Pour warm water and let stand for 5-10 minutes
800 g of cottage cheese
120 g sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
80 g sour cream
4 eggs
Grind with a hand blender or rub through a sieve
80g melted butter
30 g starch/flour/semolina
Dry the washed dried fruits
Cake pan (11*23 cm)
Bake for about 60 minutes at about 165 °C
The cheesecake should rise beautifully and brown
Let it cool to room temperature, it should drop, that's right
Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
85 g dark chocolate (56%)
melt
25 g butter at room temperature
20 g milk at room temperature
wonderful ganache for leveling cakes
can be decorated with white chocolate
