Problem with them and I like mine. The chips never turn out nice. It's ok with McCain fries but even boiling my own chips before and then going through a process in the air fryer they are terrible. For me they are ok for cooking sausages, bacon and garlic bread or chicken dippers. I tried a small roast on low speed after trying one of what they recommended in the book. Both were disgusting. Maybe ok for frozen roast potatoes, again depending on the brand. And I paid big money for mine. It can cook pizza etc. i tried not that nice. Then again I spent most of my life cooking for others and like fresh food. So maybe I am too fussy. If you're not then maybe some things will be ok.
I love this channel... and an air fryer is an inexpensive way to cook delicious treats. Many young folk on tight budgets nowadays can have an air fryer, a hot ring, a microwave and maybe an Instant Pot, and no need of a full-size oven.
Incorrect actually..my latest one is an 11litre family air fryer with 4 separate tray layers...I've been vegetarian 47 yrs but it also turns into a rotisserie for chicken..It cost me £58 from Amazon UK last month ..it's a manual air fryer I.find far less go wrong with the!m & if you're losing your sight like me they're far easier to use ..£58 for an oven ...people pay it in the UK on a takeaway for 3
@@sophiew1967 Hi, I'm a little confused, Sophie... Webspoon and I agreed that the air fryer is both cost-effective and a boon. Where were we incorrect? I still want a hot ring for stir-fries etc. and the Instant Pot for soups and stews, and I often use several devices at once for a little dinner party.
The salmon dish is also delicious if you use horseradish sauce instead of the mustard. The horseradish goes sweet and earthy when cooked, rather than hot, and complements the salmon perfectly. Love this channel. ❤
You do this to me every time! I just finished dinner and then watched this video....make me hungry again! OMG, the potatoes!! I will be making those as an appetizer soon and the salmon...AND the donuts! You're killin me here! LOL....keep the videos coming...I enjoy every minute!🤩
Thank you so much for this wonderful video!!! My new daughter bought me an air fryer for Christmas two years ago. After about a month, I started using my oven purely for storage. Everything I cook is on top of the stove or in the air fryer, including baked goods! One of my favorite things to make is salmon bread. Can of salmon & seasonings mixed with Jiffy Cornbread Mix batter. I have the Ninja Foodi Air Fryer, which has bake, roast, air fry, and dehydrator settings. Thanks again for the great videos!!!! 🤗🥰
Once again, you have shown a picture of something that is nowhere in your video. I was very curious to what happens when you put a glass of yogurt in your air fryer. It took me watching twice to find out that it’s not in there. You’re doing this a lot on your RU-vid and I imagine it’s frustrating. A lot of people.
I was debating on whether to buy an air fryer after all who wants another gadget taking up space in the kitchen. After watching this video, the possibilities are endless and healthier as well..thanks for sharing!
Air fryers are just small, dedicated convection ovens, and thus way more efficient and powerful for cooking for one or two people... compared to traditional non-convection ovens, or large ovens.
I FELT THE SAME WAY AT FIRST AND AFTER I PURCHASED MINE, I THEN KNEW WHY ALMOST EVERYONE I KNOW HAS ONE. NOT ONLY HAVE I SAVED SO MUCH MONEY WITH USING MY AIR FRYER OVER MY OVEN, THE FOOD TASTES BETTER AIR FRIED. 😊
It is a clever idea to freeze the tuna mixture before breading and air frying. Salmon bites could also be made this way. The chicken roll-ups are a perfect diabetic-friendly main dish. Also, the salmon is wonderful. I can almost smell it and the seasonings through the video. I also liked the "crab bites" idea and will make them. They look so good I'll be tempted to eat the whole thing in one sitting. The donut holes can be made with lupin or almond flour, xanthan gum or flaxseed meal, and baking powder but what is new for me is the yogurt and how you mix it. Thank you for the inspirational air fryer videos. I will use your recipes and tips (like shaking the donuts in a covered bowl) in my cooking. Thank you.
Been watching your channel for a several years and all your videos are great, but I think this one is the best. Thank you for sharing your recipes. Greetings from Indiana USA.
But then to smother it with that much mustard! Salmon is supposed to be delicately flavoured, if you want mustard then eat mustard - don’t waste salmon
I gotta say that sure is one cool looking air fryer you have there! It’s great that you can see all the food that you put in the air fryer cooking through the view hole! 😁👍 I wish I could buy an air fryer just like the one you are cooking all this yummy food in! 😋
I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. At this point my money is basically making me a pretty good yearly salary. When I go to sleep at night I know my money is making decent money with the help of my FA!
Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $1 million portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.
It’s a game changer, we’ve got two now and planning a couple more. Currently designing a new kitchen and it won’t have a normal oven. The space will be used to house the airfryers.
@Lynn.Lawson I purchased my Philips VIVA HD9220 airfryer 7 yrs. ago and use it at least once or twice a week, sometimes more often. It is smaller and has no digital panel, just two dials for temperature and time. Still going strong, have the baking form, the grill pan, and the slittle skewer set. Perfect for one or two people. And perfect for making the crispiest fresh fries in 16 minutes! Don't want to miss this baby, if it ever dies on me I don't know what to choose, they are all way too big, I like to have it in the cupboard, since I don't use it daily, and it is reasonably lightweight
I have a great air fryer since fews days, and i enjoy it. Thanks for the great recipes. I just hope we wouldn't forget the simplicity and authenticity of traditionnal cooking too, because it's important. I usually don't like what's too much technological, programmed or automatized, but as my room is in the cellar, i needed to have a independant cooking stuff, and it help me to eat more balanced food. But i also love traditional cooking methods, because it's a great pleasure to make all by ourself too, instead to just put all in a machine. So i hope it will still survive among all this cooking machines.
The videography and presentation are phenomenal & genius in your videos. You transform cooking demos and tips into visual art. So easy to understand. And you know (there are people messing up their counters as they attempt to spin and toss with the same flair). :D
The best piece of kitchen equipment I ever bought in my life after the feral red spot crying pans ..air..in 15 yrs I've not used my main electric oven so 've I bought my first airfryer...I'm into number 3 now ! Lol
for "drying" tuna. i always take of the lid, then put it down the can again and then i use it to squeeze all the water out of it🤩 just a little hint from Denmark❤
❤ The chicken and the salmon recipes will certainly support my efforts to increase my protein intake. I look forward to your weekly videos. Keep them coming!
The Air Fryer is to 2020's what the microwave was to the 1970's. It was a game changer and took cooking to the Moon. I will add green onions to the SIMPLE and DELISH crab bites at 9:00. 9:45 is sooooo SCARFACE !
That salmon looked so delicious 😋 I think I will try that one. And maybe try the chicken one, but with thigh meat. Not a huge fan of breast meat. Thanks for the ideas 😊
Best simple pizza recipe. Open a pita bread and place it cut face up Put some pizza sauce over the whole surface Put some mozzarella grated cheese ,cut olives and a little bit of grated parmiggiano. Drizzle with tiny bit of olive oil and dry oregano. Cook on 200 celsius for 4 to 5 minutes until it smells like pizzería. ENJOY
I did the air-fried crab sticks... delicious! I used eight crab sticks with half-a-teaspoon of salt, half-a-teaspoon of cayenne, and a drizzle of olive oil. The rest was as the video. Perhaps in future I'll use a whole pack (16) of crab sticks with the same amount of seasoning.
1:45 Just open the can a tiny bit, drain out the liquid as much as you like… Save yourself from having to wash a sieve and large bowl full of Tuna-water or Oil!!!
