Kaeya compares Visions and eyes, but we, from the beyond the 4th wall, know how eyes work. I'd assume some parts of Teyvat would know too. Fontaine is the biggest candidate since they seem to be going through the industrial revolution. But Visions? Only the gods know. We can only infer from the similarities between the vision holders. Anemo vision holders have one thing in common: freedom. Jean → valuing the principles that made Mondstadt what it is. Sucrose → using her imagination for what experiments to conduct. Xiāo→ ? Venti → the literal god of freedom Xiāo is the odd one out really. I don't know his story, so I can't tell. Jean could have gotten a Hydro Vision instead as will be explained in that section. Geo vision holders have one thing in common: being down to earth Albedo → focusing on alchemy (i.e. discovering the secrets of the world) Níngguāng → thinking about mora and how to get more Noelle → focusing on her job as a maid. Zhōnglí → the literal god of Geo. This is weird since Morax's (i.e. Zhōnglí's) divine ideal is contracts. I suppose Noelle doing her job wholeheartedly counts as upholding a contract, and Níngguāng is a businesswoman at heart, a job filled with contracts. But what about Albedo? Electro vision holders have one thing in common: self-preservation. Běidǒu → surviving the fight against Haishan Fischl → surviving the wild Kèqíng → being a pragmatist, and a nature survivalist? Lisa → being lazy, which can be seen as preserving one's energy Razor → growing up in the wilderness This is not surprising since the Electro Archon's divine ideal is eternity. Heck, she's even preserving her power by confiscating all the Visions in Inazuma. Kèqíng could also have gotten an Anemo Vision instead, since she's trying to break the current culture of relying on the adepti. As of now, there's only 2 Dendro characters, Báizhú and Yáoyáo. The one thing they have in common is that they know a lot about plants. Báizhú is the owner of the Bubu pharmacy, while Yáoyáo seems to be a forager from this leak: static.wikia.nocookie.net/5753faed-6d84-4b11-9dcf-6cab6ee640bb Not surprising since the Dendro Archon's divine ideal is wisdom. Pharmacists and foragers need the knowledge and wisdom to know which plants are useful and where and when to use them. Hydro vision holders have one thing in common: selflessness. Barbara → her goal is to heal the people Mona → using hydromancy to know more about the people, and she starves herself to maintain her "astrologer's" pride. Tartaglia → a nationalistic patriot who works to better Shnezhnaya Xíngqiū → a righteous 2nd son of a merchant, who helped an oppressed merchant (Jiang the 9th) This is odd since the Hydro Archon's divine ideal is justice. The only person here that really espouses justice is Xíngqiū. As stated previously, Jean could have gotten a Hydro Vision instead. Because she's selflessly dedicated to oversee Mondstadt and uphold the laws which preserve the country's freedom. I suppose being selfless is a step towards justice. Pyro vision holders have one thing in common: passion. Klee → making bombs Xiānglíng → cooking Diluc → protecting Mondstadt Hú Táo → her job? Xīnyàn → rock 'n roll Amber → being an outrider Bennett → adventuring This is weird since the Pyro Archon's divine ideal is war. I suppose people are passionate during war? Also can I just say? Hú Táo's weird for being the only Líyuè character who's name has a space between the syllables. Cryo vision holders have one thing in common: love. Chóngyún→ his goals Diona → saving her father during a hunt out of love Gānyǔ → her love for Líyuè Kaeya → his love for his adoptive family Qīqī → her dying thoughts were about her family, and she wanted to freeze time to be with them forever. According to lore, the Cryo Archon's divine ideal is love, though according to Zhōnglí, this is no longer the case. Chóngyún's case is a hard one. As his story says, he could've gotten a Pyro Vision instead because of his goals, which I understand. What I don't understand is how said goals lead him to get a Cryo Vision instead? Was it because the Cryo and Pyro Archons knew that if he had a Pyro Vision, he'll die? Also, the lore doesn't state which of his goals gave him the Vision, so yeah... That being said, when will Chóngyún's Pyro Delusion come out?

Keqing's thought of Vision reminds me of the story of Arachne wherein she also believes her talent came from her hardword and not from the God and Goddesses of Greece. And now I see Keqing not a cat but more like a spider thus making her talents more sense like using her skill to teleport and her ult forming like a spider-web

There is a theory in each vision: Anemo: For those who doubted themselves (example: Venti doubted his strength) Geo: For those who are diligent in their goals (example: Zhong Li diligent to follow all his contracts) Pyro: For those who have a passionate in their desires (example: Diluc desire to avenge his father) Hydro: For those who value their family and those they loved (example: Childe love for his siblings) Electro: For those who are calm and sensible even in difficult situations (example: Lisa calmness during Dvalin range) Cryo: For those who don't know what path they will take or not sure if they are taking the right path (example: Diona being a bartender in Cat's Tail even she hate alcohol or Kaeya being a spy)

"Heretical teachings from the Abyss" Okay, so since we know Lumine created the Abyss Order, perhaps their power is similar to that of the two siblings Abyss Mages don't need Visions to have elemental power, just like Aether doesn't need one. If Lumine taught the Abyss Mages, then perhaps Aether can teach others as well Now, what a delusion is? I've seen the word being throw around but I have no clue

Qiqi has cryo vision because she wanted to stop time to stop her bleeding from her broken leg and all she wanted was to live,the archons gave her a vision at this moment. All her feelings/ her will, lead her vision to become cryo even though rex lapis is the one who looked upon her at the time of death, the adepti and baizhu were able to revive her later. All I'm trying to say is the archons can decide who they want to bless with a vision but the element of the vision is decided not by the archon who looked upon them, but the feelings/will of the reciver at the moment the archons are giving visions. I went off topic a little,but qiqi's lore is worth it.
