5. Considering there’s an issue with odor, only wear the same outfit once and then wash it. In other words, don’t hang it back up and wear it again two or three times before washing it. Wear all of your clothes only one time and then do a load of laundry. 4. Continue to shower at least once, if not twice a day. Get a really good soap that you like the smell of and washing it. 3. Wear a good scented fragrance. 2. Brush your teeth about three times a day at a minimum. And use mouthwash. And always try to brush or use mouthwash after eating smelly food. 1. When a person cuts out dairy, fried foods, refined sugars, most breads, and meats, (especially processed meats). And they replace toxic food with real food. Whole fruits and vegetables. Your body odor goes away. Your poop will not even stink. And I am not exaggerating, nor am I lying. If you don’t believe me test it. Clean up your whole diet and your body odor problems go away. ****🏆Bonus: clean your house. Clean your carpet. Open doors and windows to let fresh air in so that bad odors can circulate out. Especially after cooking smelly foods. Make sure there are no bad foul odors in your home because your clothes will absorb those odors as well. And when you go out in public, people will smell the odors in your house through your clothing.

It is said that a real game changer is tongue scrapers. I've also done my research and other than the usual flossing and brushing regularly, dentist do recommend we add this process to improve our oral hygiene.

Omggg is this real 🤦🏾‍♀️ his job noted him ! If they are so concern they should get him a hygiene kit and some clothing or a gift card for more clothing maybe he can’t afford it. And you noticed he said he he uses Listerine and chews gum he didn’t mentions he brushed !

Wow...hate, jealousy! But you do have to mix up your clothes! I have been guilty of buying similar clothes, however, I never wore clothes 2 days in a row to a job.
