You might find it easier to use a 1x scope to reduce the visual recoil. I've been using the 762 since season 3 on and off but it definitely takes time to get used to it.

im staying on windows 11, i played yesterday and was getting really good fps, seems like they finally fixed the issue because it seemed like it was back to normal. i didnt have any fps issues like i was previously

Yeah, I honestly prefer Windows 11 because of the HDR Calibration App but it causes too many issues for making content unfortunately. I'm happy to hear your FPS is good now!
