I love how they are not stingy with the filling. If here in my hometown, when they make something with filling, it looks like they put in 1 tsp only, you taste the batter more then filling. Love how Koreans do food business. They Cooke food with love
Is so funny like the beans is used in asian countrys, here in Costa Rica we prepared salted, with spices, and eat with rice, meat like chicken, pork, salads, or something like that, but in japan and Korea, i see everytime is beans is prepared sweet.....is the beauty of the a lot of ways you can make food and so diferent to one country to another....simple amazing.
I don't know what it's like in Japan, but it's the same in Korea. Red beans are usually savory and not sweet. But when we use red beans for dessert, we make them sweet.
Ive never had any of this stuff but im blown any at the discipline Koreans have when cooking. Its like their reputation is on the line with every order.
The pleasure of Korean street food is only surpassed by the ingenuity of the wonderful, creative people who make it. It's truly inspiring to see how these folks salvaged the empty oil drums and scrap metal that littered their devastated country after the Korean War and literally forged the tools to feed a nation. Of everything I saw in this video, the most incredible was the fish waffle batter hose with the improvised garden hose sprayer. Absolutely inspiring.
@@Queen-ve3dg AHHH...OK, someone here was able to decipher your incoherent message. You were trying to write "You talk too much". Right? Well, sweetheart...for someone who calls herself "Queen", you seem to be quite illiterate. (BTW - "illiterate" means you can't read or write...just in case you didn't understand the term. Also, we don't use the word "talk" to refer to written communication, my dear. The proper past tense term would have been "wrote".) So, let me guess what your story is. You're a miserable girl, with a miserable life, living in a miserable place...and you are too lazy to change anything about yourself. You resent anyone or anything that is positive, hopeful, or optimistic. The only way for you to not totally hate yourself is to try to trash people who have achieved more than you. Right? Just a bit of advice to you, honey. Bitterness and negativity are self-destructive and if you don't banish them from your life, you'll be as unhappy, resentful, uneducated, and pessimistic in 10 years, as you are today. Get with it, darlin'. Clean up your act.
