Boruto can still learn the chidori variations he just can’t use the basic chidori because of the tunnel vision. The variations of chidori don’t have tunnel vision because they don’t require running directly at an opponent. Also if he has mastered momoshikis byakugan he can also theoretically use the basic chidori as well.

Yup but It was shown Sasuke didn't want to teach him at all because no sharingan. Likely he told Boruto to use Purple lightning because it'd be more advantageous. Kakashi has shown Boruto shiden a couple times

Hey man! Awesome video, I was thinking about doing a similar video on this topic myself. I completely agree with all of your points you've made, but I do think there is another thing of note, in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 4 - Boruto is shown to use a Lightning Release Jutsu similar to the Chidori Stream (also known as Chidori Current). He uses it after the Shinju Bug pushes Boruto against the mountain side, of course it's not Chidori Stream, but it still serves the same function of it being an AOE Lightning Release Jutsu that the user channels throughout their body!! I'm sure we're also going to be seeing Boruto use the Flying Raijin Slice, and Lightning Release Chakra Flow through his Kenjutsu sometime sooner or later. Sick video!!

I can see boruto adjusting from the tech katasuke has made to using scrolls and karma as a setup and storage/release of a jutsu or natural elements, specifically for Kirin some water based stuff and other fire jutsu

Uchiha's use fire-nature. It was Kakashi who taught Sasuke about lightning-nature. We never really see any other Uchiha use lightning except Sarada to a small extent. The only Uchiha "style" I know of beyond fire is all based on their sharingan. I mean, do we ever actually see the Uchiha using any kind of unique fighting style against the Senju or anyone? Like a unique taijutsu, sealing, summoning, scrolls, weapons, sage mode etc.? I can't think of a single unique thing about them other than their eyes and their use of fire style to belch out a variety of attacks.

2 ninja stars 1 as the invisible blue ball thing With a lightning Release and 1 that gets blocked up to the sky and then calls down the lighting dragon with the ball in his mouth to smash down and Release all the lightning. And he can Throw his sword at the feet of his opponent and pretend like he missed as a target for the dragon. You can fix this with all the right names and add stuff to it... like maybe a Cloudy day to his advantage.

My theory is that sasuke was the one who had taught naruto how to use the raijin thunder god technique. Think about it the reanimated second and fourth hokage we’re using that technique so sasuke use his sharingan to maybe copy it but wasn’t able to use it himself and decided to teach it to boruto since he has a bigger pool of chakra and is able to chakra control way better. It’s just a theory though lol

Technically Jogan true abilities haven’t been revealed but I think the abilities align more with discerning the pure land / different dimensions. Considering Kakashi developed Chidori before he had sharingan there’s still a possibility for him to learn the variants or create his own iteration like Purple lightning

For all the idiots.Boruto can learn the chidory!. Kakashi developed and used chidory without sharingang, but he couldn't control it precisely due to the speed of the jutsu. Kakashi continued to develop Chidory until he was able to use it without Sharingan. So Boruto can do the same thing, he can learn it and develop it, I'm 100% sure he has learned it. Jutsus like Kirin or the Chidory Blade was never said to be a Sharingan is needed to be able to control it completely. In TBV we see something that is very close to Chidorie Nagashi, we can only speculate but it is realistic for me. Why else would Boruto, the son of Naruto Uzumaki and student of Sasuke Uchiha, be able to use wind and lightning hiding jutsu, this was definitely not written by chance or on a whim
