Been four years from NC down there to FL Haggard doesn't treat it like shit it is pretty much h shit, there's toms of other roads. It is absolutely huge. But it's all garbage.

Nakian yea I'd think it'd have to be a group buy in with at least a $1M deposit (I have no idea how big it is) but imagine having that as a race track, it'd probably be wildly successful and it could be partitioned into several tracks. No doubt would it be expensive but eventually it'd pay off as long as zoning regulations are favored. Theres got to be a geological reason for it not being developed already. I like to think it could happen :)
I think it's not being built because it's right next to a boat factory and research center that wend up at the same time and it's loud and has a huge man-made lake and lots of runoff too probably. It's probably over 1,000's of acres. Been there and you can run through a 30 gallon tank in my ranger and we didn't see half according to Google Earth. It is absolutely huge
