The day after a rough motor down the bay, from the Sassafras River to Fairlee Creek. We have a nice day of relaxing, but when we head back up the bay everything goes wrong.
i have been sailing for decades on my yacht and sail jams are a regular accurance.I usually throw the anchor if i am by myself of use my auto helm. There will all ways be things breaking /jamming and corroding, just part and parcel of boating. Stick with it,as with time it gets easier! For instance just last week my solar panel went faulty and so did the stereo!, also found my propellor too be loose and my sthrough hull paddle speed wheel stopped working! I just have a list of things to fix and maintain constantly, but thats fine by me.
