*pulls out a designer-brand-level crochet bralette that could easily sell for $200* “yeah it was my first project, it’s not that great it’s a bit of a mess but it’s nice for pictures”
Loved the video it reminded me of the first sweater I made for my boyfriend, as I look back he must of really been in love to wear it out in public, as I got better I looked back at all the mistakes I made but I was super proud, now many years later and tons of yarn stash I continue to make and sell my items on etsy. Good luck it is so much fun I can't imagine just sitting down without having something to work on. Hope to see more videos in the future.
Seeing other people’s first attempts look like mine and not like the perfect examples in the tutorial is so comforting 😭 and you can see how much better you’ve gotten with every project!
Congrats on your new channel!! You are a natural crocheter! you went for a wearable as your first project, nice!! Your tops are really cute!! You can make variations by adding tassels on the bottom, boho style. The Mario Bros. mushroom, adores! Oh! by the way, the plushies are called AMIGURUMI (no S at the end since is a Japanese word and plural doesn't exists in the language). Anyway, new subscriber here, greetings from AZ!!
Congratulations on your new channel !! Your tops are so cute! I've crocheted for years, and just recently made a cardigan and working on a top for the first time, Your doing fantastic! The amigurumi you made are so cute too!
I like the penguins being messed up but you still love them :) i am a beginner too and i hope i have the same positive attitude. We all have to learn! ☺️
I am about 2 or 3 weeks into crocheting so i’m a beginner AND UR PROJECTS R AMAZING! The giraffe is adorable and the tops look so cute! Currently crocheting an amigurumi bee (sorry if I spelt it wrong) but I just can’t get over the fact on how well ur doing for 2 months!
Mandala cakes! Incredible yarn. I use almost all acrylic because of allergies. The color is usually where the label joins. Red heart and Caron have gorgeous ombres as well.
I was just sitting and crochet and some how I find your video and now I'm✨ subscribed ✨ But just I'm loveing your energy and I'm waiting for the beat 🤍
If you like making Amigurumi, watch hooked by robin she does a lot of that. I’m still learning as well but have about 6 months under my belt. Made lot of blankets lol about the easiest thing you can make. She’s taught me a lot, along with Crystal love them both! The color name to those mandala cakes are above the bar code
Your cute top would be cute. Sew in the ends & your hood to go. If it’s comfy wear it under your clothes or with something buttoned part way. Crocheting in the back loop only ($cblo) creates a pretty ribbing, like the waistband on a knit sweater. By the brown one, it looks professional!
Loved your video!! Ohhh and I love that color Heartland yarn. Only two months crocheting and you are doing a fantastic job on all your beauties!! Please continue making more. Thanks to Crystal for putting you out there were people can know snot your channel, that’s how I found you! Can’t wait to see more!
The first thing I ever made was a small little butterfly🤣 It was terrible, and I was SCREAMING at my mother about how excited I was. To be fair I've been crocheting for around 14 years or more though.
I JUST BOUGHT THAT EXACT OURPLE MANDALA BRAND YARN THE OTHER DAY !!!!!!!! omgggg and I’m a beginner too and I made the EXACT same crop top you did lmao. We would be great crotchet friends
I realize this video was from a while ago so you may have figured this out by then, but looking at the lion brand mandala cake the name of the color is "chi"; it's included near the barcode, which is where the color name and dye lot information is often included
Such pretty projects. Thank you for sharing. Where did you get the patterns for your amigurumi projects? Also, what crochet hooks do you use? Hope to see more videos from you.
Also, they look different because one is inside-out 😊 There is no wrong way, but they for sure look different. For circles, I'd suggest sewing less tight or using hot glue. Trust me, she will stay together well. My son has put hot glue on amigurumi to the test.
Hi Natalie! All of your pieces turned out so good! I would love to make the crop top that you made (the one you posted in the destruction). How many skeins of Lily’s sugar n cream did it take you to make?
