This video was super helpful. I teach the preschool program for children with disabilities and I can see so many things that I can use. You are a blessing to so many teachers. I love your spirit and your enthusiasm and your ideas. I also started following you on teacher pay teachers and I put some of your items into my cart because I will be using them this year. As a pre-k teacher, I am excited to begin the new year after watching your videos. Students starr at the end of August. I have also done the school tour hunt with A Kissing Hand on the first day. The kids love to look for Chester's paw prints while searching for him. The kids look at pictures of racoons the rest of the year and remember Chester! We finish this by making a painted kissing hand with the poem that they take home to their parent. This takes up our entire morning before lunch. Thanks for the idea for David goes to school. This my be the afternoon of our first day as we all come in the first day unlike your class. Thanks again!

This was very helpful! I do almost all the same activities. My bucket fillers have 10 frames so we work on number and counting. They use dry erase markers to give themselves a circle.

THANK YOU! This was educational and very helpful. I am teaching pre-k for 4 years this year and I was really struggling to think of ideas for their first week back to school. As less is more and too much in the first week can overwhelm them, this was a perfect guideline and you summed up everything to the T. Well Done. You definitely rocking that teacher life 👩🏾‍🏫⭐️✔️

I will sit with that student during morning breakfast and help them draw pictures of all the items that were needed in the class.
