In this video I reveal everything I own. Demonstrating which items I will be choosing to keep or declutter from at the end of my project 333 - across everything I own as an extreme minimalist.
A few side notes:
Where things are concealed in a case of some variety I count just that 1 thing as a set ie: laptop & case, kindle & case, airpods & case, jewellery collection, sentimental items pouch...My underwear on the other hand as they are items used individually I count them singularly and have done so for this video. It would appear we all count things differently in minimalism. Some people even count socks individually - even though they are worn as a pair... I guess in this scenario I am not as extreme as that, lol...
Futhermore, I am also a mindful minimalist and have many things I cherish that are non tangible. Perhaps You'd be interested in last Thursdays video on balancing extreme minimalism? I'll link it below... I therefore realise Minimalism is not just about the counting of possessions. However these video's seem to be a firm favourite with viewers...

Disclaimer: Yes I wrapped my toothbrush 🪥 in my towel again and forgot to say 🤦‍♀️ Also I did completely have an oversight in forgetting to display my long sleeved green top, my headband, water bottle and sunglasses 🕶️ Proving even extreme minimalists misplace things from time to time 😂 If you’d like more details on my consumables or how I counted things please read the video description 😊

These people telling you what items you should or should not have... Just keep what makes you feel good - isn't that the point of minimalism? I like seeing you saying yes to what matters to you, cause that's where joy, comfort and gratitude come from. Thanks for the video

😂 yes 🙌 I always get people questioning my keeping of straighteners & tech 🤷‍♀️ but I think unless you know what someone else’s lifestyle or hair is like 😂 How can you comment on what they shouldn’t have 😂 I once even had a male viewer telling me bras weren’t essential? A rather personal choice I think 😂 Thank You ☺️ Glad you’ve joined the journey 😊

It’s not what you own . People have told me I’m minimalist because I haven’t got many belongings. I’ve no intention to be minimalist. I’m not. Just because I don’t have loads of stuff. It’s having only what you need and use . Minimalists can own fast amounts but if it’s all used they are minimalists

I went and found your sentimental items short video, and that was interesting to see! I counted my sentimental items yesterday and discovered I have 27! Personally for me, I’d like to reduce that number. I love how all of your sentimental items fit into that small box

I’m so happy to see your subscribers and views going up! ☺️ you honestly deserve it! Will be going to the beginning of your videos to watch and be inspired even more. Finding it hard to let go of certain items but at the same time it’s so overwhelming and stressful to find a place for everything, having clutter, looking after the items but also although I’m doing better, it’s hard to think about the money wasted on so many items that haven’t been used or well loved 😭 also on a random one - What camera are you using to record? 💕

Thank You very much - yes I remember your well wishes from before… It is very hard to think of the cost isn’t it but lately I’ve just really been thinking of the stress of having the stuff (as you say)… I would rather let them go…I use a Sony ZV-1F they’re brilliant light weight quality cameras and even made sustainably. They have a tripod you can get to go with them too and a very good microphone. 😊 💕

I usually sleep in nothing or just one of my vests. If a very dressy party comes up I thrift something/ buy 2nd hand from Vinted and usually resell afterwards. My blouses are quite dressy. And I do have 3 dresses. But if it’s actually formal I’m thrifting. 😊

😂 it’s from urban outfitters… I like their recycled materials range - this one is an xxs man’s 😂 but I like that it’s still abit oversize - more hoodie to curl up in 😂

Hello, I watch all your videos in a certain order. What is the average number of your household items including clothes? For example, how much is the total in the kitchen? I'm asking to understand better

Hello, at the moment I have a 33 item wardrobe. I’ve not counted the kitchen stuff for nearly a year but I did it on a video. A Year ago I think it was around 70 items then about 40 in each other room. But I’ve done a considerable amount of decluttering since then. I think the whole home came to about 200 items that I share with my partner. Counting everything down to curtains.

@@SagelifeMinimalism Should books and pencils be counted one by one? and the diaries I wrote over the years.. what do you think about this? I have 75 pieces of clothes yet, but I intend to reduce them to 50 with hard work. The kitchen is very small, but I haven't reached your numbers yet, but each extra piece seems to prevent me from breathing. Thank you for all your answers. I'm happy to know you.

@aslbeceren6678 I think in general people count books separately unless say it was a series or collection of books. With pens pencils I think it’s the same unless purchased as a pack. For instance I’d count my fountain pen individually. But where we have a pack of chalk pens that came sealed in a pack together, I’d count that as 1 pack. There’s no hard and fast rule I don’t think. People count things very differently. For instance I don’t count my chargers 🔌 separate to my tech items as the item wouldn’t work without them. I consider it part of that item. But some people count separately 😊
