Could you do a video on actual making the stickers. Like making the designs. How to actually make the designs. Like can I take images I find online and make stickers out of them. I’m not procreate friendly and don’t use any of those fancy apps lol and don’t have Adobe illustrator or any of those apps. Can I make stickers from png files like the files you use for sublimation ? And how would Cricut know how to cut each sticker ? And how to put the white space around the stickers. Please please if you could answr those questions for me in one
Yes please. Actually designing the sticker image itself making stickers part not uploading and cutting on Cricut part. Everyone does videos on how to make stickers and shows themselves making them like uploading already made design and cutting but I’m yet to have anyone show me how to actually make the image or if I can use my own already purchased regular jpg or png etc files and how
I’m currently at a younger age! My others are gonna let me start a business I think stickers will be some hard work but I will definitely enjoy this!! 😁😁 my b day is coming up soon!! This helped me
Hmmm maybe it’s just me but I always hate the feel of RB stickers. They always feel super thick and cheap to me :/ at least with their old stickers I was just always super disappointed with the quality. I recently tried to order some other stickers from RB in different styles since they offer options like glossy and transparent now. They were nicer but still crazy thick and not super sticky! They wouldn’t stick to the ridges on my suitcase like my other stickers do. I had to stick them on a perfectly flat surface and I can tell they are going to peel off. This video was great though, thanks for sharing! I’m actually glad you mentioned the RB thing! If I ever make stickers in the future I’ll have to make sure I look into which paper I like!
Hi Emily! I hope you are doing well. Quick question, I saw you put the Avery laminate sheet on top of your sticker, but I didn’t see that you laminated it using your laminator. On one of your videos, I saw you laminated your sticker. But here i didn’t saw you did that, and then you said those sticker are good to go. Now my question is do you still use a laminator or I should just simply put the laminate sheet on top of my sticker and just cut? That question is for Online Label sticker paper (weatherproof) and I also want to know for regular sticker paper eg. Avery brand. I really love to hear from you soon. Have a wonderful evening!
Hi and thank you for sharing all these tips! Would you mind sharing how you were able to use the entire sheet of paper when printing on the maker? I always feel like I’m wasting paper...
You made the bus stickers and stuff but did you actually sit and draw those images yourself ? 🤦🏼♀️. Don’t think I’d be able to do that. Can I just use images I find online or png or jpg images or svg images I have already purchased and use those to make stickers. And How to make the Cricut know where to cut for each sticker or get the white around each design. Thanks so so much
Hi Crystal! Yes I do draw and design all of my stickers! If you use other images, you have to make sure they are copyright free or else you risk getting your products taken down or getting sued if you use someone else's artwork without their permission. I just would practice doodling on my iPad and over time, i got better! There are also youtube videos with drawing tutorials and other resources online!
Thank you so much!! I have been wanting to print stickers for my personal use. I can’t seem to find the ones I would like on etsy or amazon. Also when I do.... I overspend 😅😅
Hiii Emily! With the online labels and the scotch protective sheet, what cutting settings do you use? I’m using the same products and can’t seem to find the appropriate setting, please help! 🙏🏽
Do you ever have issues with your printer leaving wheel tracks on your sticker paper??? Mine just started doing it and I cant figure out how to fix it! I'm using glossy sticker paper and have tried cleaning them, adjusting some settings, etc and nothing works.
You were saying you liked the weatherproof matte sticker paper,is that the same thing as waterproof matte paper for inkjet?Because when I typed it in I couldn't find anything that said weatherproof. Also I have a waterproof sticker paper from another company and the stickers come out so dull and faded on that paper. So I'm a little worried to try this online label kind
thank you for this! super helpful💛 question for you! do you think an HP Envy 5055 is good enough for printing stickers? just Incase you have any experience w older models! ☺️
I’m not sure, but iPad + procreate is definitely one of the best options for digital art! For my cricut maker, it has more options compared to the explore air 2. I’ve also had friends complain more about the calibration with their explore air 2, while I haven’t had any issues! Also the maker is about $100 more expensive.
@@EmilyMyint okay thank you! any advice on what ipad i could use? i dont want to spend ya know like 1,000 dollars on a new ipad... but i would like a smaller one to travel with but it still be good and i can use procreate with it.
