First you have to belive you are a miracle because you are- and reframe the actions. You are standing here. Abusive upbringings are hard but they have little to do with you and all to do with them, their pain. It takes time but the key is that over time as you work through all of it over and over again you come out with new insights and that is growth and that is the healing. Nothing is irreparable in the brain. You may be holding onto it because that’s where you still feel comfortable. And we want to belive those narratives. Because we can still use them as excuses to not allow ourselves to be powerful. But you are powerful because you survived! All of it! What happens if you let it go? Imagine yourself holding the hand of you as a little child, and walking out of that house up the street and hugging that child and keeping them safe. What would you say to that child you, by your older self to reassure them of their worth? Only You can heal you. Reframe reframe reframe until one day, it really works and you do step into that power because you are worthy. Also.. many people if they cannot get past a certain point will look to plant medicine- and ayahuasca to break the final blocks to reassessing. It also cures depression. Something to look into.

Genuinely. During an LSD session (I use LSD to fornicate on) building a climax I fell in to a slight bit of a trance and began hearing frequencies I must of heard 2 or 3 getting higher as I grew close to my climax next thing I heard was a sentence saying “your going to the most high” it was at that point I realised I was going to have an astronomical orgasm so I slowed the pace and thought about my partner I ended up catching the orgasm and had to fight to achieve it. Over the years I have teleported (2011) narrowly missing a car attempting to run me over in 2015 I successfully transmitted an image of my foot telepathically under the influence on of LSD and in 2017 Jesus gave me the ability to look at the sun at all hours of the day for as long as I wanted without effect. In short psychedelics and intercourse can raise your vibration im proof I had gained Christ Consciousness and becoming an the high mine of the planet understanding how to transmit my thoughts to the globe and share the knowledge I had amassed over the years of studying conspiracy theories and later God

So being in poverty makes it more harder of attaining higher vibrations since well balanced diet and nutrition and enough sleep are not available for people in poverty.

No this is not true. Practice the feeling of gratitude for 14 days straight and make note what occurs. Your emotions are the key. Generate that feeling and hold it as long and as often as possible. You dictate your environment. Your state of being (emotions and thought... More importantly your emotions) dictate your environment.

This is the best video I’ve ever watched. This simplifies and lays out a roadmap to life and how to navigate through it successfully and happily! All the principles and concepts have been said multiple times but, for me, it has never been laid out so perfectly.
